I see several negative reviews about this place and think its because of the system that they use. It isn’t a sit down and order place but a order at the counter and pick a table kind of place.I find the food here very good and fresh for the most part. The huevos ? rancheros are actually really good and I find them better and above average because of their salsa ranchera . The Carne guisada is also really good. The only thing is that they don’t make corn tortillas by hand but that isn’t really a problem for me since these are also made fresh in store. I wish their carnitas were better because they aren’t that great and the chicharrón kinda sucks

Great selection of.meats for sure. Pick what you want and how.much you want. Simple, and not expensive.It was probably close to.closing time because I.was definitely being rushed by the rep at the meat counter. I didn't plan on stopping here, so I also needed to look for a moment.I have to give the lady at the register, and the people.in line props though. They excerc8sed a great deal of patience while I was checking out.

This is one great Meat Market on the weekends you can buy menudo andBarbacoa Fresh Tortillas and tacos. Their meat prices are way better than HEB Fiesta and Michoacan. Excellent cuts of rib steaks hamburger meat sirloins round steaks roast fajitas everything fresh and just good old us grade beef can't go wrong

I bought some carnitas there and it only took 2 hours for me to eat them before I was sick for 3 days. I don't recommend buying there.

Did you know when ordering meat you can ask how much you want to spend in dollar rather than ordering by the pound? Just say, as an example, you want 7$ worth of whatever meat you want and that is what you shall receive. Crazy koo, right?.

Try this Mexican meat market offering more than meat at the butcher shop at the back. Great place to get your pan dulce, tortillas, tamales and just about anything you would need from “south of the border “.
