Culebra Meat Market is a business with a small in-restaurant area serving tacos, barbacoa, fresh homemade tortillas, homemade chicharrón, and some bakery items. It offers a lot of variety of Mexican products. This specific location has excellent red meat prices, beating any grocery store prices by far. The employees that work in the back in the meat area are very helpful, nice, and provide the best service. However, all other meats are not recommended, as they do not look fresh. The small area of produce looks very old. Prices on shelf items like canned food and dairy are a bit overpriced, but it is a place for convenience. Employees at the check out aren't very inviting. Overall, experiences are okay for getting steaks.

They have far better t-bones than HEB bought a $100 worth at $8.99 pound , the meat tasted incredible,as a native San Antonian only buy your beef at Culebra meat market!!!

I’m a very picky eater and their Barbacoa is always so good and the white corn tortillas kept warm are delicious
