I was very blessed to be introduced to Crystal Nail and Miss Lily, who so amazingly did my nails to a point of extraordinary I can’t explain! She did exactly what I wanted, and so perfectly she pays so much attention to detail and as a perfectionist in her trait, It shows in her work. I will be letting everyone I know of this sweet JEM that is hidden on Fredericksburg Road!!

Last time I go there...been coming for over a year and all it takes is just one bad attitude or experience. Long story short you should be able to get what u ask for without attitude! Not only did she ignore what I wanted I've never felt so rushed in getting my nails done.

My daughter has been coming here for over 3 years now and she recommended that I try them and now I'm hooked I love this place my real nails are well taken care of and they are beautiful I definitely recommend giving them a try and my feet look like new feet lol the customer service is very nice and the atmosphere is family oriented

My daughter picked me up so we could do a mother daughter pedi and just hang out. People seemed nice. Originally I didn't want color, but my daughter said I should get color so she picked one out for me. I know the employee heat me even I said I didn't t wan t the gel nails. Turns out my daughter paid more than expected. It seems the sample colors she pic from were supposedly gel colors. They didn't say anything when I said I didn't want gel. I think they should've discounted at least, but didn't.

The ladies that work here are tired and burned out,! They make appointments and don't keep the time. They are unfriendly. The price changes every time I come, so I'm going elsewhere. They have pets in the salon which is unsanitary. The dogs and cats are not allowed in in any Salon according to Texas rules and regulations.Services: Nail art

This place used to be so nice and such a treat. They used to favor their customers. I have been coming to this place for 15 years and lately they have been so ugly to me and my children when we show up. Not just once but 3 separate times they were very rude. I know they have switched owners and the old owners valued their customers. The new owners seem to think it’s okay to treat us this way. They have embarrassed me and my kids. Such a horrible experience. The old owners have moved to the nail aisle at heb on IH10 and Wurzbach. When I want customer service I will go there. They have lost me as a customer and I will never go back again. Someone needs to talk to that young girl because she is a horrible human being. She needs to understand that just because she owns a business doesn’t give her the right to talk to people like they are d**** She seems to need a moral lesson in life. If I could give a 0 stars I would.Service: Manicure

I took my daughters to the salon for their first time! I was worried they wouldn’t sit still as they are 4 and 5. We came as walk ins and they were super busy. We waited just over an hour and the entire experience was amazing. The staff was friendly, the clientele was friendly, they were welcoming to my daughters. Timothy the nail tech was very patient with my girls and had conversations with them to make them more comfortable. It was awesome because of Timothy!! I would recommend!!Services: Nail painting

I went here while on my travels and came in to a courteous staff who were professional with their work and quickly show they have been hard at work and know what they are doing. Can not recommend Teresa and the rest of the staff enough!

yikes yikes yikes yikes yikes really really REALLY bad vibes here from the moment we walked in. my nail tech made me feel uneasy and unwelcome. when i was confused as to why i was being charged $30 instead of $20 for a regular manicure; she yells back in Vietnamese to her family and then looks at me and says "you guys are always wrong" and showed me pricing where i had made my mistake. (which has a list of pedicures, BUT shows a random set of manicure options under it for pricing tiers so like maybe fix that) not the rudest thing that's ever happened to me, but still incredibly uncomfortable and with the vibes already garbage it just solidified my need to get as far away from this place as possible. most nail places aren't the friendliest but this one was just extremely aggressive my pedicure was okay and layered nicely; but my daughters is a chunky mess that 45 mins later is still wet as can be.
