A great little shop. Shout out to the guys over there. A great place for bike advice and for getting your bike serviced. I'm getting back on the bike after a number of years with no riding due to injuries. Good to stop by some of the local bike shops again. Glad to see that there's still some around. Due to COVID, quite a few of them are going away.? Or they're being bought up by the big manufacturers. So be sure to frequent your local, independently owned and operated bike shops.

The rear hydraulic disc brakes on my e-bike were loose and needed fixing. A relatively normal issue. I brought it to Gotta Ride Bike where I’m a regular customer for all my other bikes but they wouldn’t even look or touch these brakes because it was on an e-bike. I found that odd considering this was for brakes and unrelated to the hub motor. But I understand some shops don’t want to deal with anything touching an e-bike. I then brought it to Crossroad Bikes and they were happy to examine it and repair it. Cost was $37.89. Repair work was excellent, respectable & friendly customer service. Based on this and the last several shop visits for my bikes I will officially be switching to Crossroad Bikes as the bike shop for all my family’s bike needs going forward.

Very polite and helpful. If your on a budget and need to use your bike for work, I recommend you go here. They will inspect/fix bikes that you've brought second hand and get them running back up to almost full compacity. While pricey, their repairs do last a very long time and are very well done.

I needed a suspension part for my Fuel ex 8 mtn bike as it was “unridable.” The local brand specific shop could get it in around a week and half. Shawn got it overnighted & im back in the saddle. Thanks Crossroads Bikes!!

FULL SUSPENSION MOUNTAIN BIKE RENTALS!!!!!!!!!!!! My girlfriend flew in a few weeks ago and we were looking for a place to rent mountain bikes. There hardly any places that even offer the service and most of them weren’t very helpful or had quality mountain bikes. Crossroad bikes however, had high quality full suspension mtbs for us to rent. We had a blast cruising around the many trails San Antonio had to offer and will be coming back to Cross road bikes again! Jason was extremely helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to upgrade their bikes, get help on maintenance or rent a mountain bike.

From the moment I walked into Crossroads Bike shop I was made to feel welcome. Everyone in the shop said hi. They let me look around and only approached me when it looked like I needed help. Once I did ask for help I was given very knowledgeable insight into everything I needed to know about what I was looking for. This shop has a very good selection of bike and hard to find parts not usually available at other shops. I will continue to shop there. I will also start brining them my suspension damper services now that they are able to complete these services. No more shipping off my forks and shocks to Rockshox. Local bike shop with quick turn around suspension services! What more could you ask for!

I recently bought a mtb from a large retailer and had no assistance with any of the sizing, set up or even advice. I come into this shop and out of courtesy get a mountain bike 101 with advice on how to fit the bike to me. Everyone was so genuine and truly knowledgeable. If you want great service, come here.

Great folks, even better service! I just used these guys as my usual lbs was booked. Got a new rotor put on in minutes and got a very necessary derailleur adjustment that I didn't even know I needed so bad (I asked for it to be checked, they did NOT push unneeded services). I highly recommend crossroads as they caught mistakes my lbs made. This is my new go to bike shop and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks Crossroads!Oh and my bike is a specialized levo so you can trust them with your priceless babies!

Jayson and Austin were freaking awesome! Austin was open and helpful about our issues when we came in, and Jayson was especially personable, and works very well with customers - he’s there to genuinely help you out and it’s easy to tell. We definitely just found our bike shop and our bike people! Special thanks to them both.

Stand out shop with a stand out crew to back it up. I’m so impressed with these guys and their attitude. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. I’ve been going to a different shop for the last 3 years but was recommended Crossroad Bikes by my new riding group. I have to say after one service here I see myself as being a long time patron from here on out.

Shop is well-stocked and extremely laid back. However, the price for tires and chain installation were simply unreasonable. For pretty low-end generic tires, their price was $29.99 per tire for 26 inch tires. For this price, I can buy lower end tires from Schwalbe and Continental and have a better brand with better puncture resistance.If you just need inner-tubes or a quick bottle of lubricant, this place is fine. However, this is an expensive bike shop.
