To all the people who give negative reviews on Gary you either have no money to retain a lawyer or have unrealistic expectations. Gary has been good to me both in business and in court. This is a guy I can count on day in day out. Business operations or anything legal he knows his stuff. Representation costs money and he’s well worth the buck. Thanks Gary

Mr. Churak does not actually defend his clients. He refuses to listen. He will not present evidence to the ADA. He would rather keep resetting so he can draw a check every court date rather than work for his clients and broker a deal for them. Horrible people skills as well. He is NOT recommended as a defense attorney.

I tried to contact Gary for over a month about his client that was in jail. He haven’t went to visit him and on his court date. He didn’t go to court hear from him and don’t know when the next court date will be..He never returned any of my calls or messages. I went to his office more than once. After a month and two weeks I was able to speak with him. He yelled at me for asking him questions about his client case. He told me if I wanted him out. Go bond him out. He can’t do nothing because he working on another case.. I remained clam and got off the phone. Still with unanswered questions for me and my loved one in jail!

I spoke to someone very briefly before the call was disconnected. I keep trying to call back and now I’m being sent straight to voicemail. Why would they treat a potential client like this?
