She's real helpful she's real a good employee she should get a raise and be a manager oh she should be more than a manager she's helped me a lot she's got a lot and I give her over a thousand I mean over a score of over thank you alondra for being very patient with me I can not thank you enough I struggled so much to get my account number from boost and alondra was very helpful and positive Ms. Alondra truly does deserve so much and is very bright I definitely will be referring family members and friends to her

Very amazing customer service the two ladies at the counter are very greeting full i had walked in not knowing if i was gonna get a phine because i was scared to lose my photos ane contacts but ms alondra was very nice enough to help me transfer everything i had very wonderful store i will be returning when i ever need help with something else .

The worst nightmare experience with Cricket after 10 years as a customer. Unafortunately l visit this location, Mrs.Edna Sanchez " Help me" to return my lphone she lie on the model number so l pretend to exchange for another phone she insult, mistreated myself, of course l lost my refund, She lie with the Manager phone number l request, "Manager answer was Her" HORRIBLE SERVICE, GROSS MANNERS.....

You suck when this is the time of need during this pandemic. You didn’t help any of my family or friends during this. You kept them on hold for 3 hours just to say to go to the store for waived fees. Then when they went to the store they were told no on fees and were told to call customer service. So why do you have 5 employees working in an empty store saying they can’t help? What good are they? And how dare you take advantage of your customers in this time of need when everyone else is pulling together and not being greedy! Even electricity companies are helping!

I came in because my phone was locked and I couldn't get back in it. Kayla and Angel were very helpful and patient, they took the time to research how to reset my phone, and I left with my phone unlocked! Thank you !!!

The sellers offer the promotion of referring a friend, but when you refer, they will not give you the discount. They are poorly prepared to serve customers, or offer misleading advertising. A pity!
