Don’t let Summer take care of you or just don’t go at all. She lied to my mom about pricing and promotions for her own benefit. If you are eligible for an upgrade you do not need to get accessories to get the upgrade price, and that is exactly what she did. She ticked my mom telling her that the only way to get the upgrade price for the iPhone 11 was to get their bundle. As a former cricket employee I know for a fact that is a flat out lie and there and two “mandatory” accessories at full price is not a bundle. Adding cricket protect without permission is against cricket policy. She was nice and friendly to get that sale but did not keep that same energy when my mom went back to switch out her speaker. I know Mark the manager at this location and I’m surprised he’d let his employees do this. I can only imagine how many times this has occurred. I would suggest visiting a different location.

We stopped in today to upgrade my husbands 7 year old phone to new 5G android. Julie helped us and recommended several and took time to explain each of the products. She was very professional and took time with us. Sergio showed my husband different features of the phone and never once did we feel hurried. Sergio and Julie went above to help us and make sure we knew how the new phone works and what we can do with it. Highly recommend this team and store!
