Walked I to the store after having several spams calls and possibly buying 2 phones. However the young man working NEVER offered helping me.This store location is in a very busy area and not once in 4 yrs. And not one person is the same customer representative have been the same employees. So that only indicates how horrible the management is. They make no effort to help.

Cricket service is terrible in this area, my sons work at the Wendy's and can't even use their devices properly. They advise to just keep power cycling your phone. Still doesn't do anything..do yourself a favor and choose another provider..

It's a threw Star for me for the reason. They require id now and never before they did not have to use your id. When I got my phone they didn't require my id to buy a phone not to long ago. I didn't understand about the confusion.

Bad customer service Mr Noel ,decided not to take care of me literally told me he couldn’t because he was waiting on a customer to come back From the ATM mean while he’s on his phone while business PHONE is ringing and he then decides as well to mute the ringer because he was busy on his personal cellphone .mrs BRIZNA was only one trying to help customer's out .
