Worker sales person was on the phone social media. I started asking about signing up for service but she didn't want to answer my questions or didn't know the answers. Nobody was in the store, I think she was offended I interrupted her social media texting, terrible employee, almost zero sales experience

Went to make a payment 3 days early. Cashier didn't charge me enough and my service was disconnected for $6. I even told her the app said $69 but she said it was $63.
