I've been a cricket customer for years and my grandkids have gotten a hold of several phones and broke them. Every time I go into a store it seems the person either has an attitude or tries to constantly up sell me.This is the first time I went to this store and the customer service was above exceptional. Vanessa worked with me to find the phone with the exact features and not an overload. I'm not up to date on all the newest technology.Vanessa took the time to listen to me and from walking into the store she greeted me with a big smile and was both professional and personable. Vanessa is definitely an asset to your organization.

My daughter and I went today to the store to purchase some phone after coming from the first store Ingram across Ingram Mall with the most baddest unnecessary experience I ever had with one of your employees he didn't seem to care in the world that he didn't want to be there to work as soon as we walked in instead of saying welcome we're not going to help you he just hung over the counter and like he didn't want to be there he didn't answer how can I help it what you're looking for I asked him do you talk oh yeah he replied I asked something Spanish he said no I asked him anybody else in the store a manager so yeah that's a girl in the back somewhere I guess her replied then I asked him when is your manager here I guess Monday I don't know that's very poor cocky professional or unprofessional put it that way as an employee for cricket very disrespectful unsatisfied be unsatisfied with his attitude but this manager at the other store on culebra was outstanding five gold star my daughter and I walked in he was busy with a customer he said welcome and I'll be within just a minute my daughter and I both walk with brand new phones he took your time explaining how it works and have every pushing answers I'm very proud of this man doing a good job outstanding job any more employees like him instead of the punk the other store I went to hopefully correct this and don't hire punks like the other guy at the other store I would like feedback on this please thank you

I just upgraded a phone on my plan this morning and the young man behind the counter was nice, efficiency, and knowledgeable. I come to this cricket location , despite others being closer, for exactly these reasons.

Marach location.Dont like the service. Never should've switched companies. How Cricket gonna block wifi in certain areas needed most. Terrible service. Unhappy.

Gustavo exceeded my expectations! I came in to the store unsure of the quality of service I was going to receive because you never know with Cricket. I had a unique problem, just a few days prior I ported out to AT&T under the impression I would have better service since they are the parent company for Cricket. Boy was I wrong, once I got home I had No Service! I tried all the tricks I could find on Google and YouTube but nothing worked. I was forced to switch back to Cricket. Upon walking into the store, Gustavo and his colleague greeted me with a warm welcome. First star earned. :) I explained my situation and Guatavo enthusiastically thanked us for coming back to Cricket! Second star earned. During the port-in process, the system was not allowing the account to be setup as it was still showing as an "active" phone with Cricket service. Gustavo asked some clarifying questions which is expected but could not figure out why. He sent a text to his manager and other "knowledgeable" employees of the store and they gave him a variety of answers. Not satisfied with any of them, he reached out directly to Cricket support. This is where my expectations were exceeded! He easily could have taken the easy way out of a difficult situation based on the information he was given but he was on a mission to help us. After some time of chatting with Cricket technical support he was able to get the issue resolved! Gustavo was extremely helpful in getting me back on with Cricket and he was a delight to work with. My 5 star rating is not for the store, but for Gustavo.
