The girl there now offered me the worst service I have ever received. I asked her if she spoke Spanish and she said no. Seeing that we didn't understand each other, I used the translator on my phone but she only responded no, no, no to everything I translated, she simply didn't want to offer customer service. customer.
Don't go there, look for another store. She has no intention of working, you throw her things away and she is rude!

Monica was the sweetest and most helpful girl EVER.....I went to 4 other cricket locations and none of the other people were as nice......She actually appears to like her job and made me feel excited about getting a new phone which i usually dread because it's hard for me to transfer over all the data... phone numbers... pictures...apps and stuff like that and she made it so easy and fun...she just really made my day after a hard time finding help.....so.... thank you Monica your people are lucky to have you on the team....you should be a trainer for the other locations.....seriously......... I got the icon5 phone and love it after a bad experience with the LG....it has 128 giga whatever you call that stuff....much more than the LG....( Sorry, i'm 64 and not technical much lol) and it loads apps fast and takes pretty nice pictures for an inexpensive phone......it looks like the cricket ad photo if you view it.

Mgr not helpful, didn't seem too concerned with issue on my phone, just talking fast n saying nothing, I couldn't understand. Was too busy typing on Computer with no Customers there.

This is not an actual "Cricket" store, it is a dealer, they do not honor Cricket terms or return policy. The store manager refused to accept my return. Please save yourself the hassle and go to an actual store who has customer service. I tried to return my device on the 6th day. The store was closed and the next morning, which would have been the 7th day according to Cricket, the store manager and the partner/owner refused to refund my device. This location has its own policies and puts themselves first,

Very nice and friendly staff with Covid Cautious protocols in place. Fast service and help you with best options even if not at this location. They quickly found what I was looking for at another location, saving me time driving around.
