I came in and Brandon was at the counter helping some people. Once it was my turn he gave me clear instructions on where I needed to go to get my son a phone for school. He gave me options and we got the one phone that was available. It wasn't the phone we originally wanted but it would do for what he needed.Brandon was so helpful in getting me the best deal that I left this place happy with my purchase. If you are looking for a phone for yourself or for family member, I definitely recommend coming here and working with brandon. It's employees like him that have made me a loyal customer for years. I approve this location. Thanks Brandon for all the help.

I went to three locations....nice kids but it doesn't seem like they are trained as much as they used to be when I first got my cricket......had to get a replacement phone twice after mine broke and with the first one I went to Seguin...it was great ...Manuel he transferred all my data and photos easily.....but that phone didn't work very well so I was sent another replacement phone....i should've went back to Seguin but here was closer cuz after I got home I couldn't find any of my photos.....still can't.....Im sure they're somewhere but I'll need help to bring them down from whatever cloud they may be stuck in....and the person who did transfer my stuff didn't know much about the phone itself to help with much else....im not very tekky so that's why I rely on cricket ppl to help.......too bad they don't train more....i am trying to learn more as well....guess I got spoiled when the main cricket store was on San Pedro and Rector Rd.........they could do and fix anything it seems and were always upbeat and energetic.
