Imani & Alexis are amazing at their job , even having been newer Alexis was a pro! Kind smiles , no judgement at all & all the questions that I have were answered for me. They definitely deserve a raise for the work they do at this store

Went by to get some information about porting in from Boost and the girls there, Imani and Alexis were amazing. I wasn't able to get the phone today but when I return I'm definitely coming back for the customer service.

We just went in to buy my husband a phone & Emily was super cool she had to fix something the guy at another cricket messed up & then sold us the phone, very professional quick & done if you can keep her we will be back for sure???

Today we went in and Ms. Emily really knows what she is doing and has really good customer service skills she also gave us a really good deal with phone and case. If you go by this store ask for Emily she will hook you up.I wish all crickets stores had someone like her good job

I bought a phone from cricket on ritterman.3 days later I called 611 because phone was showing update and update interrupted. So 611 on 3 way and called supposed to be manager EMILY at cricket on ritterman , witch said bring in phone and receipt and box and get refund or other phone was told to 611. When got there Emily was rude, didn't return or exchange phone . Didn't try to work on my phone or anything it was not busy showed not kind of help . Said can't take phone back because phone had small scratch of screen but has no scratch at all. And moved away from counter and started talking back to cowork as if I wasn't even there anymore. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR MANGEMET SKILLS. I suggest corporate get better mangers that EMILY beside that store cricket I have never in my 4 1/2 year had problem with them.
