Every time I come into this store to pay my bill or have a question the staff here is always friendly and beyond helpful, I would definitely recommend this store.

Purchased an android phone at this location & we didn’t like it. We came to this store to return it within the 7 day period per the policy. BUT this store refused to take the phone because there was a tiny little scratch. The associate said the return policy stating the damage statement was printed on the wall by the card reader & it was also printed on the receipt about how they wouldn’t accept the return with any damages. Our receipt doesn’t say anything about not being able to accept returns with a scratch or anything about damages. He also told us that the associate that sold the phone to us was supposed to verbally tell us about that part of the return policy & she did not. It was only $50! We just wanted the $50 back to apply to buying an iphone. But they refused to help us. We went to the Cricket further up on FM-78 where the associate told us that he personally would have accepted the phone because it was most definitely not a deep/horrible enough scratch to not accept. He also mentioned that any phone that is accepted back doesn’t even get resold so the condition doesn’t even matter. It gets sent back to the seller & marked as defective so the store doesn’t even lose out! I just don’t even understand how someone who works in customer service can blatantly refuse to serve a loyal customer to this location over a scratch. It’s really not even about the money, it’s the principal. We will not be returning to this location. Make sure if you buy a phone here that you do not even leave the tiniest scratch behind otherwise they will not accept it. Take your business to the location by the Walmart on FM-78 & ask for Brian!

This is an awfully ran store they need to get a new store manager, the store manager refused service and asked us to leave due to no masks. This is 2022 there is no law requiring this and it isn't there private small owned business to be making these kinda rules. Corporate will be called
