Went to this location tonight (3/17) and the guy working told us “we are closed before we could even finish walking in the door as he was leaning up against the counter. We were there to buy a new phone. It was 7:52. It wouldn’t have taken long but obviously he didn’t care.RUDE AND UNSATISFACTORY

After dealing with 3 other stores and 4 employees I found Rey at the Cricket Store at 410/Perrin Bietel next to Subway who A. Had the phone I wanted B. Explained the difference between phones C. Listened to my questions and answered without making you look dumb..... Highly recommended this store......
