Today, October 2, 2023, I went to the store to make a payment and the woman who works there with black hair and glasses was racist towards me and other people told us that since we spoke Spanish, it wouldn't help us if we left the store... terrible service and I never return to this store, I have never felt so humiliated...

They will try to charge you for an eSIM in your iPhone insurance replacement. I got one from another location who told me they don’t charge because eSIM to eSIM is no charge but if it’s a physical Sim to East him, they would charge this location try to charge me regardless $10.

I went there on August 18th @10:30 am and the place was locked when the place should have been open at 10 am, waited about 10 minutes and knocked and no answer and no one in the front counter as well. When getting back into our vehicle and was in my vehicle to look for another place/location. Seen the girl that was work the store coming out from the store with his work shirt off over her shoulder and locked the store and left the property and was gone for another 25 minutes. Terrible for business and lost money because 3 different customers left beside us seen the place was closed.
