I hate when I have to go in to take care of cell issue. 2 ppl are here the girl in the front is helping someone and moves slower than a snail while the other girl is in the back talking on the phone gossiping about her friend. She could have come out to help me but no. If you need to go into a Cricket store make sure it’s not this one.

Another cricket store installed a protective shield on my phone and put it on incorrectly. It bubbled up about a week later and they wouldn't replace it. I think that's not right but if that's the way cricket does busy. I'll have to change phone company's. Too bad. I hope something can be done about this.

I already left a good review for another location earlier but visited the one closest to me today because I was going to buy another screen protector. So ... the nice, young gentleman who's name, unfortunately, I did not get cleaned my phone, protector and made it look awesome again. Thanks! Saved me an unnecessary, additional expense. I'm happy ?

Services is not up to standard, I told the employee that I received my phone for free because of an upgrade then the employee said that she never heard of the store giving free phone. Until we said something about 5g upgrade, she finally realized what we were talking about. Basically the employee lacked understanding of their own job, from common phone issues to not knowing their own promotional deals, and that they lack employee number to deal with high volume of customers.

I did not get an answer Despite asking directly why the charges added up to $220 in my head and the salesman was asking for $265. The salesman just continued to do his thing. When I called the “manager” I was told that the upgrade charge of $25 was explained on the back of the receipt. I did not have the receipt when I was asking the question! Do mot understand why it was not explained up front and do not understand why the question wasn’t answered when specifically asked. I called the Corporate office with my concerns and was told that they are not responsible for what the sales force does. Lesson learned. Despite having been a Cricket customer for many years that will come to a screeching halt.
