Terrible customer service.Little girl doesn't know what she's doing and poorly trained."Oh yes your phone will work" I paid $65 and she said "sorry it doesn't work, and no refunds" she couldn't give me any answers and said "It happens"Worst experience ever, I will no longer be a cricket customer after this.Don't bother calling the customer service number either, they won't be of any help.

Worst customer service especially from the manager. The lady on the counter was polite but, I was not expecting such a behavior from a manager.She needs to learn how to talk to the customers.I am very disappointed.

Took govt documents into store for fed assist. Once again removed from autopay and they want another $5 as I wait to be processed. Unacceptable.

I was charged 40 $ to reactivate my service due to broken phone My new phone I purchased still out of service after 2 weeks.She said my simcard need to be changed.She had to check if works by taking her own cellphones simcard out and putting mine in...Said it's no good.At this point I was so confused!!( !!.She said come back tomorrow. Since I been back 3 times and still have no service.She refused to refund my 40 $.2 weeks still no service in a brand new phone. I'm old and tired and I'm so fed up with Cricket!!!!!

They incorrectly wrote up my contract and my wife and I were charged for two accounts instead of one for two months. They refused to reimburse me the sixty dollars they owe me. I even spoke to the regional manager and they still wouldn't pay me what they owe. The person on the help line said this store was just trying to get out of paying me, and they wouldn't help me either.

Just letting the busy last minute shoppers know that Cricket Wireless on Wurzbauch is open till 8:00pm tonight and from 10-6 on Christmas Eve. Just wrapping up purchasing phone from Cesar and cant say enough about the service we received. He was both friendly and professional making the experience enjoyable and quick. So thank you Cesar and Merry Christmas to you and all the folks at Cricket Wireless. ???
