Went in to get a new line added for my LLC and the lady Rosa there was SUPER helpful with making it happen. She even helped me with issues I was experiencing with my personal phone while staying extremely patient. Thank you Rosa! I would highly recommend this store!!

Have always gone to this cricket store on bandera for years with no problem but went in today to upgrade my phone and things did not go so well. I wanted the iphone SE 2022..1st time getting an iphone but didn't want to spend too much. The one lady in the store told me they did not have it. So I asked if she can check other locations for it and she told me she could not do that. She also offered me to check ebay. I told her my phone is broken so I could not call myself and she told me she would call her manager to see what she could do. He says the SE is on backorder and offers me another Iphone or to pay it monthly. I said I can afford it I just do not want to pay that much but if its on back order and no other location will have it then I guess I will take the iphone 11 which I saw was 500 on the website. The lady says its 550 and then he says on the phone no it is not its 611 or something. I saw that online it says 500 and he responds that thats not true, its over 600. So I say thanks but no thanks I will go home and order it instead. Which I come home to see that he did lie, TWICE, 1 for the 11 is $500 and the SE is available online, not back ordered. So I do not understand what was going on in that store.

I can't give them enough stars! The manager Rosa, spent nearly an hour fixing my cell phone and it was really a task, but she just patiently went thru step after step and ultimately figured it out. Problem solved!!!! 10 stars to Rosa and Cricket!

Poor poor customer service do not go to the store and buy any type of phones or even get the free phones cuz they're giving away defected phones selling you screen protectors that are not even protecting the screen look for a different cricket store
