I came in for an upgrade, I was quoted $124 (with a case and protector) is what she stated. I asked what about without the case and protector, she said $70. This girl tried ripping me off, especially when I didn't ask for anything extra. I've worked in the phone industry, and I get that you get commission, bt that isn't the way to do it. This was my preferred location because the manager is always nice amd friendly. After today, i will be taking my business elsewhere. The employee's name is Alejandra.

Went on 10/25 and Crystal was no helpful at all she wanted for me to contact customer service for something she did wrong & try blaming it to another coworker, also because she was in so much in a hurry to go eat her lunch at 6:30 pm?went the next day 10/26 with Erica Madrigal and she was amazing she contact customer service and did all the work correctly the other lady “couldn’t do” Erica does such an amazing job with customers she’s very very helpful , she didn’t let me leave the store until everything was done correctly and making sure the lines were working fine.Hired less people like Crystal and more like Erica Madrigal. I give Erica 5 stars for doing her job correctly.
