The WORST company with an Internet signal and more expensive than others, it really is not advisable to come here and it is better NOT to use the cricket services since for days the Internet is unable to play a simple 3-minute video even having paid 3 days before. I recommend that you better use another company and not this one, for example T-MOBILE is better in signal and prices or even BOOST Mobile surpasses it.

The cricket on Commerce an General McMullen was very helpful in the purchase of my new iPhones for my family. Do not shop at this location. I was sold a defected device and they will not give me my money back. While I was in store another customer was there as well complaining about a defected phone. The manager there who calls herself Emily became very masculine and hostile when I asked for a refund. Another heavy girl there with crooked eyes was the one whom sold me a defected phone. They offer a 7 day return policy but you will not get a dime back from them. They are straight up knowingly selling defected phones at this location. Metro is your best bet save yourself time and your money. The manager at this location is not giving money back for defected phones. From the looks of it district manager isn't either

The employees helped me file a phone claim for my lost device and it was so fast and easy! Cricket Protect really paid off! My favorite location to go to! I Used to have metro and they would never help with anything.
