I wouldn’t recommend going to this cricket they try and up charge my bill the other day by $30 and I didn’t have the money to pay and got it turned off and then I payed it today and I payed my original bill plus $15 because it got turned off because they were up charging me my original bill with $30 on top…. Stay away I think they are keeping peoples money. It better to call in for your bill

Terrible service from Ms. Margarita, it took more than 30 minutes to make a payment when she had already finished selling a phone, she could have charged me and started downloading the client's applications when he could do it at home, it would only take 2 minutes to charge me until he saw more clients, he told me to lie down, I'm going to change places to make my payments...

When I walk into HEB it just like I have so much love like all customers come into me like hey looks so beautiful the all workers they're just they're just they're just complimented me and it just just nice I haven't had nobody that's so nice to me in public so that's my first time being nice too and I love H-E-B my best store love you H-E-B workers they're all good with me too

Me and my boyfriend were very pleased to walk into the cricket at this location the two females working on 4/5/2022 in the afternoon were absolutely delightful very enthusiastic in there work ethics and very polite and above and beyond with customer service I give these females a five star unfortunately I forgot both there names but there generosity and friendliness I'll never forget keep up the good work ?????
