Mary was amazing and took great care of me! This location was not very busy, but did have a few patients come in at a time a few times while I was there. Everyone was seen quickly, and no one waited more than a few minutes.

Went in got there 5 min before close I get it it was late. Had the wrong paperwork and called in to get the correct paperwork. The lady told me she will send it asap. Few minutes pass and a fax comes in and she tells me it's not mine and they can take long and there lab picks ups are gonna be in soon, every excuse to get me out. As soon as I walk out I call the clinic and they said they sent. This lady couldn't wait a few dang minutes. Made me drive for nothing and was frustrated cause she had to stay a few minutes late. Terrible customer service will use another lab and wont ever recommend cpl labs

Had to get lab/blood test done at one of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory locations. I used this location last year for the same test and it is a convenient location right off the highway. I was told to fast for 8 hours going in. I arrived at 11:30 am after fasting from 10:00 p.m. , except (I took my morning medication with two or three sips of lemon water (8am)). Upon inquiry of this to the nurse I was sternly told this would ruin the test results and was given no explanation or additional info. The nurse was speaking to me and our witnessed at least one other individual there at the time as a mother to a misbehaving toddler. I contacted the healthcare provider and they gave me the okay to go forward with the tests, So I signed in and proceeded. The same nurse came back with the lab request form that I brought with me and showed me the large writing at the bottom that said patient must be fasting as if I couldn't read and we had not just discussed this. I told her I was aware and to proceed. Just seem to upset her as if it was personal ?. Bedside Manor when drawing the blood left a lot to be desired. Ordering me to clench my fist unclench straighten bend arm, ECT. She proceeded to forcefully move my hand and arm how she wanted as if I was a cadaver.
I realize they do the same procedure 100 times a day and I'm sure it gets dull, but that's not an excuse for this type of behavior. Also, they don't have the view that we are customers since the majority of test they do are paid by an employer or insurance. Customer service and friendliness is not a requirement, but optional!
This was one employee and I did notice the other nurse working had a smile and friendly demeanor. This along with the fact that I was in and out within 10-15 minutes is the reason I gave three stars.
If given the option, I would recommend a different location, perhaps. But if you don't mind and unfriendly unwelcoming atmosphere and just look into be in and out, then I would say go for it.
P.s -This was on a weekday and they were not busy.

I am handicapped. They have no ramp going up to their location and they don't own a wheelchair that someone who needs it could use. I was looking for a simple blood test and they wouldn't even come outside and do it from my car. They weren't interested in helping and I will never go back to them again and recommend others avoid them. They don't care about people or their customers.

Mrs Mary is my favorite phlebotomist at the location. She’s so sweet and you can tell she loves her career. I’ve been coming here the last year and she’s always so welcoming and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

As a clinician, I prefer to take labwork to CPL. Most locations run very smoothly and efficiently. The Toepperwein one does not.

I got what I needed for labs, results usually take three days. So hopefully by Wednesday we'll get the results n but only if the doctors office is as quick.

Got here at 11:45 am on Saturday. Supposed to close at 12:00, but closed early. Other customers arrived as well. Door locked, lights off, not answering door or phone. If you want to close early, don’t post hours as 12:00. We used to go downtown for labs on Houston Street, but that location closed. Much better customer service there. This location sucks, but I guess this is what we are stuck with.

Arrived to my appointment a few minutes early however the kiosk stated I late. However they saw me close to my appointment and were nice. Thank you.

Went in on a Saturday. Was about 845am. There were about 11 people waiting. Room is tiny had about 5 chairs. Staff in no hurry to workNever again. Horrible service. Went to Stone oak location. Got immediately in.

Not even at the window 2 second when what seemed to be a front counter person. Un groomed non professional and rude right off the bat. Unclean with unclear registration option. If se. Provider can have your labs done elsewhere I would advise to do so

I booked an appointment with this place because they advertised fast and simple testing. No more than five minutes. But the wait time is ridiculous, over 30 minutes waiting for someone to do my test.
