I wish I knew this was an option sooner. We have used the poison logs from HEB for years, and I knew it had to be killing us slowly. We had Cozy replace our poison log set up with gas logs. Not only is it beautiful. It's easy. We can now quickly turn on our fireplace just for ambiance or to help warm the living room. My son loves snuggling with the fireplace and watching the VIKINGS play. I'd tell anyone it's 100% worth it.

Wow - they have great stuff but I visited in the middle of the afternoon - not one car in the parking lot and no one in the store. You would think they would be happy for a customer but I guess they don't need the business. The guy was just so put out that I was there and he had to deal with me. Just lost a customer, bub.

It’s a pleasure working with Cozy Outdoor Escapes (COE). This is the second time I worked with the company. Always delivers OUTSTANDING product! On schedule, reasonably priced, and professional staff. Shout out to Albert (masonry) and Larry (plumbing, electrical, and equipment install) for their talent. Of course, the build is under the watchful eyes of Travis with support from Chris. COE is simply amazing. 5?

Customer service at its finest! Made a call w trouble w a gas fireplace not coming on. Spoke w Chris. He politely walked me thru the pilot start and what not. Showed remarkable patience w me and I got it going!! Kudos to Chris! I just tried em because they sell the brand I have. Awesome!

I highly recommend Cozy Outdoor Escapes. They are helpful, professional and courteous from the moment you walk in the showroom through the end of the project. They updated our old, sad outdoor kitchen to my specifications and added fantastic details. They gave me a schedule and followed it each day. Everyone who was on-site was so friendly; especially patient with three Labrador Retrievers who wanted to supervise. Each day the site was cleaned up. The final result is beautiful. Couldn’t be happier!
