This place has way too many instances of dogs being injured, starved, dehydrated to the point of needing immediate medical attention, sometimes resulting in death.
You'd think they'd completely turn around after one, because even just one is too many. This place needs to be shut down.

After providing specific feeding instructions and filling nine separate bags with each days food and medications for my dog's nine day stay, I was advised that he had "run out of foood". Also got nonconsensual upcharge from regular to luxury at an additional cost, approx $200. Finally they lost my dog's blanket and toy. Very dissatisfied.

Cowboy Kennels staff always take great care of my elderly cat, which can be a challenge, I know. Elderly cats can be grumpy and have extra needs when it comes to nutrition, hygiene and affection. The cattery is clean, has two windows for natural light, and all animals get playtime outside their kennel. There even is an aquarium built into the wall for cats to watch the fish. The kennel is affiliated with a veterinarian down the street, which gives me peace of mind knowing if my cat needs expert attention, it's nearby. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Been going to Cowboy Kennels for a while now and I have had great experience. They are very nice and helpful. They treat my dogs great.

Applied a year ago. Got a call for job. It’s been two weeks. Seems they hire only obese people. They complain they need a good worker but keep hiring teens. Filthy inside. All employees sick.

The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. The kennels are kept clean. The dogs seemed happy. We were worried because this was the first time they had been boarded.

The first visit was fine with dog. No issues. Though there was no explanation of how the facility works. No one explained I had to pay extra to have my dogs played with on top of what I was already paying to board them. This past time when I brought both I asked for my dogs to play in group play because they had been automatically out in individual play in the past. I was not made aware that playing with all of the dogs would be an extra charge. If I had known that I would not have asked for it. So when I arrived to pick up my dogs and my bill was $50 more than it normally was I was definitely surprised. When I addressed this with the staff there was no effort to apologize for the confusion. If you’re paying for boarding you shouldn’t have to pay extra to have your dogs played with. That should be standard in the price.

I am driving through and needed a place for my two dogs for the day. They were great. Easy to get my dogs vaccinations records to them etc…

I’ve never had a problem before, but my boy went without a bed for a couple of nights during his last stay. So, hopefully next time he stays with them he will have one.He had a great stay other than that.

I highly recommend cowboy kennel for their support of helping victims of domestic violence. Please continue to bring them business so that they can continue with their help to give someone the chance to get back on their feet and not having to get rid of pets that become our family. May God bless your facility with much more business. Keep up the great work. Thank you for having an amazing heart to the owners, supervisors, and their employees for their commitment and hard work.

Our doggies have been going to Cowboy Kennels for years. We love the place and our girls get so excited to go see their friends. One of my dogs has to take her own food and they are so accommodating. Be sure and tell them what you need them to do for your dogs. They do not know if you do not tell them or write it down. I would highly recommend Cowboy Kennels. We are scheduled through the summer when we have trips.
