Mrs. Amanda and Kalina have been so awesome to us. Ms. Kalina has definitely been a huge support in our sons life and even with our foster kids. Her patience and understanding for both of them is beyond expectations.... she definitely goes the extra mile with our kiddos.
Ms. Amanda is always understanding and has been the best to work with when it comes to documents or pretty much anything we need

This place took great care of my daughter. The staff and front desk are always friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a daycare I highly recommend this place.

The best daycare/ school I've been to...I toured 7 schools in San Antonio and have used 3 other daycares in the past (I have 4 kids ages 18-5 months) and this is by far the best in education/curriculum, cleanliness, parent engagement, student to teacher engagement...the list goes on and on. They are Texas Rising Star Certified with a 4 rating, meaning they have the highest rating you can receive and because they are part of TRS, the school is continuously monitored with site visits from representatives ensuring the school is training teachers year round and exceeding the Child Care Regulations Standards. You will receive private school teaching for a fraction of the price. My son immediately started talking, singing, using his imagination more and became very independent the first month he was here. We saw a huge difference in his behavior and knowledge right away. He was excited to go see his friends and teachers, when we had not seen this behavior in the past. The directors have a camera system set up that is closed circuit to be able to watch and keep an extra eye on the classrooms or look for teaching opportunities. The last two daycares I have used did not let me drop my children off after 9 AM, even if they had a doctor's appt, so i thought this was the norm at all daycares but this one has an open door policy and is so accommodating. Their front office staff always knows my children's names and interacts with us every single time we walk in or out of the building. It truly feels like an environment that makes the kids AND parents feel at "home." While talking to different teachers and staff I have realized that a lot of them have been serving at Country Home for 10, 20, or 30 years...which says a lot about the owners/corporate when a company has such a low turn over rate. Please, do your research!!! This is finally a school system I can trust and feel safe leaving my littles at daily.

How come there’s no security camera despite the amount they charge ?What’s worth hiding ?I appreciate day care facilities who are open and clear of their acts.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS HERE, AND IF YOU USE THIS DAYCARE PULL THEM OUT !!!Last month I was looking for a Day care for my new born son. I work across the street from this daycare and figured id go in for some pricing. It was mid morning when I went in, and to my complete shock there was a bunch of children running around and NO ADULT!!!!! I was inside this daycare for 5-10 minutes walking around, looking for anyone over the age of 5!!! To my complete shock I was greeted by a little girl at the front door, when I asked where the adult was she shrugged her shoulders then went to go draw on a table in the back room. I was able to walk all the way to the back play area, the bathrooms, even an office located to the right as soon as you walk in. Not once did i ever see an adult and on top of that, THERE IS NO SECURITY CAMERAS!!!As a complete stranger i was able to walk into this daycare and be there for 5 minutes alone and unsupervised with all of these children. I left and called back and spoke with an employee about what happened and i was told "Well there is USUALLY someone at the front) I asked for a manager and there wasn't one available. I have since contacted this place over 10 times, left countless voicemails and have never heard back. They clearly don't care. THIS IS A HUGE SECURITY RISK FOR YOUR CHILDREN, PLEASE REMOVE YOUR KIDS FROM THIS PLACE. As a stranger with no children in this daycare i was able to walk in, undetected, and walk around the whole daycare before I left without once seeing and adult, the DOORS AREN'T EVEN LOCKED. As a new parent this is completely shocking and as a business owner myself this is unacceptable. They should be shut down for having this kids in such an unsecured environment.13

They regularly go over ratio with staff, do very little training, leave the areas filthy, one staff member struck a child and told her parents that she fell, and many other things. Nevermind how they treat the staff. Don't bring your children here.

Unprofessional staff. They’re pretty rude, do not document anything, constantly switch up policies at random demanding money. They’re teacher for 4 year olds is unable to handle her class. And when we asked our child be moved to another class to get him away from that teacher they still sent that teacher to his class and she again couldn’t handle a boy who takes his shoes off and likes to jump. Extremely ridiculous. We’ve had no issues with child care in the past. Only at this location. Definitely the staff and management don’t live up to the usual Country Home quality. Don’t take your kids here seriously. Spare your selves the wasted money and time especially if you have to work. Also they claim there is no documentation or proof they can provide in regards to policies or incidents.

I put my baby in this learning center at 7 weeks old, and now she’s 20 months and it’s one of the best decisions we made.My baby has always had loving teachers, which makes it easier leaving her there while I work. It’s definitely a plus that this center has a curriculum and the children are actually learning.

Country home in general is a really nice daycare with a lot of options available to the kids as far as activities and etc so for that it's good, has a curriculum and an educational plan. But compared to other $1000 a month daycares this one does not come even close. First off they will find any way possible to charge you more money. I pay $250 ish over what CCS pays already for my child to be here. On top of which I have to pay an additional $1 / day (22 monthly) for my kid to have breakfast from 7a-8am and the cutoff is extremely enforced. Next the teachers. We had an amazing teacher Kylie and the other teachers are lackluster. They won't make eye contact when you speak to them, my kid is another number and a burdensome one because they don't have any backup or help and are buried in duties. Some care about the kids some care more about keeping the room clean and most just care about their phone. We are following our favorite teacher to a daycare just around the corner which charges no additional fees serves all three meals PLUS snacks, and won't threaten to kick a 2 year old out for biting repeatedly. After having family highlight country home as one of the best I've left sorely disappointed in the ownership and managements treatment of their employees and the staffs general love of their phones over our kids.

Country home is the best! They have always met my expectations and helped my baby reach all of his first milestones. I love that they actually teach them and do activities. I’m so glad that I moved him from a different daycare because they never did anything. Ever since he moved to country home I’ve seen a Huge difference in his development! Also they are always so welcoming and caring towards the children & take care of any concerns I have. definitely recommend!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The absolute worst place you can ever think of putting your child. I picked up my daughter from her first day of school, and she was crying hysterically. I asked her teacher why she was crying and she responded that she wanted me. I communicated with her beforehand that if my daughter starts crying for me to give me call. When we were leaving I realised that her cheek was red and had a scratch. I thought it could’ve been because she was crying really hard. The next morning I woke her up to get ready for school, and she refuses to go and started crying. This was very unlike her especially because she was over the moon about going to school. I asked her if something happened that she wanted to talk about. She then told me that her teacher hit her on her face. I was in shock. I enrolled my daughter in hopes of her to make new friends, and now my daughter refuses to not only attend this school but the whole idea of going to school. My husband went to the school and of course they refused to show him the cameras and said that they aren’t working. I have been trying to contact anyone higher than the management in the school with no luck. I am an extremely upset parent that wants to take any action to make sure that this lady is out of the school. If she had the nerve to hit one child I’m sure she’s doing that to other students. Thanks to her I am struggling to get my daughter to go to any school or to trust any teacher. Save your time and money and put your child in a trustworthy center. It’s been a couple of weeks and I still can’t get over this.

My son has been in daycare for a couple of months now, my husband and I usually drop him off in the morning and to see my 11 month baby willing to go to his teachers makes me feel at ease. Ms. Jaelynn is the one I usually see in the morning and she always takes the time to talk to me in the morning and that helps a lot when leaving my little guy there. I just love how he wants to go to her in the morning, I mean he cries when he realizes I'm leaving, but just knowing he was comfortable enough to go to her makes me feel better.

No child care center is perfect but this place is pretty close. Open communication to parents, swift resolution of discipline issues if needed, VERY KIND STAFF who treat the children with respect and value emotional intelligence. The latter is rare in childcare and this center has mastered it. I recommend this center to parents in search of childcare and I will continue to.
