DO NOT RECOMMEND. My daughter was bitten at this daycare and there was no phone call to me or her dad. She received no medical attention WHATSOEVER. When I picked her up and she showed me her bite there was no bandage or any sort of antibiotic cream on. I gave them 48 hours to give me answers to ALL my questions and they had NOTHING. She only lasted 1 week and 1 day.

I adore our Country Home family. My toddler has been there for a year now. His teachers have all been great to work with as a parent, and very attentive and growth-oriented as caregivers. His is in love with Ms. Megan- she has the most nurturing spirit. Ms. Crystal is a delight and runs a tight ship keeping the kiddos safe and happy. His new classroom teacher Ms. Ana has helped him learn with a development-oriented, fun curriculum of loads of art. He has a new afternoon teacher- Ms. Ashley- he loves her hugs and she always gives me details about his day. They give him loads of new activities, themes for the week, music time, dance, and lots of outside play. He’s come out of his shell since starting here. Highly recommend- it is a great price for the high quality you get.

I was lucky enough to keep my daughter at home for the first year but grandma was ready to be done so the search for day cares commenced. I felt super uneasy dropping her off the first day and called them every day for the first week. They were always very sweet and understanding. Now my daughter gets her shoes on every morning because she is ready to go to day care. She loves it here and it makes me feel so good that she looks forward to going to day care every day. The staff genuinely cares and never makes me feel bad for asking too many questions. We love this place and highly recommend it. They also send daily pics of your kid doing different activities. Its so cute and makes me feel good during my workday that my daughter is having fun.

This facility has staff that greets us warmly and with smiles! When you walk in, it smells nice and is very clean and welcoming. As you walk down the halls and look into the classrooms, you will find the children having fun and teachers involved with the children.

My child for the first time would cry every morning and stated the teachers yelled at him. His best memory of it was the splash pad. I thought he would love this place and instead he disliked it.

my daughter is 3 years old and loves her teacher Mrs. Nicole! Mrs. Nicole is a wonderful teacher and she really makes all the children in her class feel special. I love how beautiful the daycare is, and how there is so much fun activities they teach the children. The only issue I ever really have is there wasn't room for my 3 month old and they didn't have room on the school bus to pick up my daughter. well no wonder they don't its an amazing daycare that everyone is trying to get into!

Let me save you some time and leave this review for those inquiring about this daycare. My daughter went to another Country Home Learning Center but had to transfer her to a different daycare because they charge a $85 fee for the waitlist. It's not mandatory but they would put you as priority if you pay. And that goes towards your tuition. But still, all the daycares I've called don't try to charge you to be on the waitlist. If you have CCS just know that they charge parents an extra $97 bi weekly on top of your CCS portion. This is the only daycare I've called that does that. I have CCS means I can't afford daycare and then you're charging me additional fees?! Lol. Also, they want you to tour the daycare but don't have weekend availability to tour it. As if anyone could take off from work like that.

Country Home has been my child’s home away from home. He has been going there off & on since he was 18 months. The staff has been very supportive of my son as well as me being a new/ protective mom, lol. They never made me feel like I was calling too much to check in on him & any concerns that I brought to their attention was always addressed. I have searched different daycare facilities and have not found any facility they offers so many activities such as indoor/outdoor playground, splash pad, kiddie swimming pool, computer lab, soda shop, put-put golf, etc all for the same price as other facilities that offer a fraction of what Country Home does. Huge shout out to Ms. Linda, Ms. Brandi, Ms. Ayala, Ms. Mikaela, Ms. Haley and staff! You all are amazing!?

As a first time mom I was initially very nervous and apprehensive to put my child in full time daycare upon my return to work. But Let me tell you, we couldn't have picked a better place. From our first interaction with Brandy when we initially inquired about care, to our daily interactions with the infant teachers, we knew that our girl was in good hands. I wish I could name and thank every person who took care of our daughter. But just to name a few; Michelle, Georgiann, Gina, Janet. We are incredibly thankful for the care that they've provided to our girl. Unfortunately we are moving out of state, and we will no longer be able to use this center for care, but I know that it will be difficult to find another place even 1/2 as caring and involved. If this review reaches management, Please share with your team how excellent this center is ran and how much we have appreciated the infant teachers.

My daughter attended Country Home for three days before we decided it was best to take her out. She was in a transition class and her teacher was very unprofessional. I was picking her up one day and her teacher made a remark that my daughter was "immature". I was very taken back by this comment and asked her what she meant by this. She explained to me that my daughter didn't know how to change into her swimsuit. She continued to tell me that my daughter was "socially not there". She said that my daughter had been there for two weeks and didn't know how to play with other kids. I was so confused and told her that this was my daughter's 3rd day and she is very shy. I corrected her and she laughed out loud. Also, the classroom was filled with 4-5 year olds and my daughter had just turned 4 years old last month. My daughter has attended daycare since she was 6-months old and has never had a problem with her teacher or making friends. I felt this "teacher" was very unprofessional and was socially inadequate in the way she spoke to others. I immediately took my daughter out. She is incredibly happy in her new school and has had no issues making friends. I have heard from two other spouses that they had to remove their kids from this location as well within the last month due to ongoing issues. Aside from the lack of professionalism, the front desk is VERY disorganized.

I just wanna say I’ve been taking my kids here for years and even when they are too big to attend, I will always recommend this place. I haven’t had a single incident and I love how when I drop my kids off they are happy to leave. It makes me feel better knowing they are enjoying their time away from home. They love their teachers. I do too! Always want to highlight the amazing director there Jeneva. Definitely always on top of things and always willing to listen. She’s very open and honest about their processes with the learning center. She always has a smile on her face; mask and all!Love the entire staff! :)
