We are so happy with the after school program, this transition has been so easy. Thank you for your patience with this big milestone.:) ?

I have 2 school age children who attend the after school program and that is great! My kids are happy and content, they have been in the program for a couple years now. A month ago I transferred my youngest thinking I was going to receive the same outstanding care... I was terribly wrong. Days shy of my son meeting the 1 month mark at Country Home he had a total of 4 different injuries. 3 bite marks, a gash on his head which caused bleeding all over his clothing and was also accompanied with what appears to be bruising around both eyes as well as a scrape on his eyebrow. I did not feel like my child was being watched, nor were the other children. Times I picked up my son I had seen the staff members that were running the room on their phones, backs turned to the kids, children running around with no shoes, and children trying to leave the room. I am very disappointed with the care provided to my 3 years old. I requested the reports and was told that they do not keep incident reports unless the child received immediate medical attention while on site. I questioned that because my child was seen at an urgent care for stiches on his head and I was told that they would just write up the report and then keep it... I was not happy with that answer. At the end of the day I had my child removed on an "Emergency Transfer" due to the nature of his injuries. While I am content with the care for my school age children and would recommend the after school program, I would ABSOLUTY NOT recommend enrolling a child under the age of 5. Fortunately my 3 year old is very verbal and was able to explain what happened to me it would be a shame for this to happen to a child how is not able to verbalize the chain of events that lead to an injury. Overall Country Home please do better with the smaller kiddos, it is very unsettling to be at work wondering if my child is being neglected and or assaulted while under you all's supervision.

Amazing daycare. The teachers are wonderful and thoughtful. They truly care about the children. My God daughter attends and loves every second of it. It was also a blessing to find such a good daycare with amazing people since my background is Early Childhood. Management is awesome always smiling, happy and helpful. Country Home is a great place for all children and any parents looking for childcare this is definitely the place!!

First week my daughter was there, her elbow gets dislocated. The director says she has no idea what could have happened. My daughter kept getting sent home with busted lip and scratches all over her. Again office and director says they have no idea what’s going on. Very Scary they have no clue what’s happening. Director and office doesn’t seem to care at all about the wellbeing of the kids.

Overall good experience. Most teachers are friendly and great. They are good overall with communication especially about concerns (ie diaper rashes). Only dissatisfaction is the extra fees which were not communicated to me until after my daughter was registered. They charge extra for breakfast which I signed up for but learned months later they weren't giving her because they didn't have her on the breakfast list. That crushed me to hear that my daughter had been hungry when I was unnecessarily making sure she was on time for breakfast every day.

My daughter Mariah has been going here now for 2 years and she absolutely loves this place. Mrs Brenda is her favorite and she always is excited to see her. During the summer they went on lots of field trips. I would Recommend this daycare to anyone. The front staff is always so nice and friendly. I will be putting my newborn in this daycare when she is old enough as well.. I am very skeptical of who watches my children and they put my worries at ease.

First at all I want to say THANK YOU to this day care center team. they helped me so much and did an amazing job taking care of my little one. As a mom to have someone that makes you feel peace by leaving your baby everyday was very important and Country Home center gave me that while I was working, I can't wait to be back in town and come by to say hi, Thank you again for such a good work and professionalism.

My wife and I love this country home. The staff is sweet and helps with any questions we have. The building is always clean and the teachers are very respectful. This is a place we could trust our kids to be.

The people ove there were really disrespectful and do not appreciate the employees hard work and would always cancel a day off's request even if you did it 2weeks before the day, and they don't care about lunch hour (I'm an uncle of one of the kids btw)

We moved here because it is close to our home. There is very little communication from the school. They promised me photos and we lasted a month with them and I never received one photo for either of my children. My older son started having accidents and told me he was scared of the bathroom, I attempted to talk to the teacher with no help and no responses. The last week my son came home with multiple bruises on his chest and arm with no incident reports done. They had technology difficulties one day and didn't give me a paper sheet for the day. They have indoor locks on the doors for the 3 year old classes which seems like a fire hazard. I was told my son would be rotating through 3 different activity centers and due to it being summer time he never left his classroom. We were not allowed to step foot into his classroom, otherwise the teacher would yell at us. My toddler got worse with drop off as the weeks went on, not better. Overall I did not feel like my kids were safe or taken care of while here.

Honestly, we LOVE this daycare. My 19 month old son has been attending for 13-14 months now and has been in 4 different classes and has enjoyed them all. They teach him so much, including a few words in sign language. My son is very slightly speech delayed due to everyone having to wear masks (not their fault) so he does go to speech therapy each week. Every time he goes, I write a note for the teachers and they use it for all the kids in his class and he has progressed so much! Also, they do allow them to go into the next age up classroom occasionally, which I feel helps a lot, too. Most of the staff that we’ve worked with have been so friendly. They are very quick to react and report accidents to you with a phone call so you’re not surprised when you go get them. They have a very nice daily schedule, as well. I love how they do take toddler classes and up outside or to their indoor playground where they get to play with all the other kids, too. I like how all the doors lock so it’s very secure and safe for my son and helps put my mind at ease along with the outdoor playground behind a big privacy fence with locked gates as well. They work very well with military families and use Child Care Aware which does help tremendously, cost wise.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I am more than pleased with the quality of care found at Country Home - the teachers are always kind and welcoming, and they truly care about each child. I’ve never felt like a number here! Each age group has its own curriculum, and it’s clear that each child gets to learn at their own pace and feel successful with all the experiences they have to offer. Best preschool I’ve ever been a part of!

I'm a single parent. I put my baby who's in Per-k in this daycare thinking they were great but to find out they kick out my baby because in their words was to "Excited". I work two jobs and now I have to miss work today to try to find another "daycare". I also payed two weeks in advance just to find out they won't do the refund, mind you it's 400 a week. I'm not only upset, I am Stressed beyond belief and would NOT recommend this place even if they say they would help.

I cannot recommend Country Home Learning Center enough! This location is filled with compassionate and caring teachers. I love that Country Home provides trainings and mentoring for all the teachers throughout the year, so I can trust that the teachers are up-to-date on new educational strategies and health policies (especially with Covid still hanging around). There are always plenty of activities for every age group going on, and the curriculum here is adaptable for every class and child! I would give it additional stars if I could.
