I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY! I came in to shop with my friend and we were looking around and before we even got a dressing room we were getting weird looks by a specific employee. We gave her our items and asked if we could share a dressing room because we wanted to try on some of the same items she said no and we said that’s okay. She waited for us to come out and we immediately heard her call security so we felt profiled as if she assumed we wanted to steal so we asked the girl at the register for her coworkers name because that’s just so rude and disrespectful, assuming 2 brown skinned girls are coming to steal. DIANA came up to talk to us asking why we wanted her name because she “didn’t know” why we wanted her name and we explained if she thought we were stealing she could check all our bags and she was VERY RUDE! raising her voice saying if we knew she called security on us and shouldn’t assume and our feelings aren’t her fault. And how we felt wasn’t her problem yet she was very quick to yell at us and was watching us the entire time. after the experience i didn’t even feel like wanting to spend my money when she asked why one of the items didn’t have a hanger and where it came from. I bought what fit me but i don’t feel i can spend my money there with such an awful experience. all we wanted was a simple apology for how she made us feel but she was being very ugly and judgmental. Diana needs to fix her attitude towards PAYING guests! retail is a CUSTOMER SERVICE job therefore being polite and positive is a part of the job!

Had the worse experience here don’t go here unless you want to be harassed by a worker. My daughter, me, and my niece went to cotton on they separated from me as teens do, and a worker name Diane she was heavier and had wing eyeliner decided to rip a bikini out of my daughters hands and follow her and my niece around the store. My daughter tried to ask her what the reasoning was and if she needed to check her bag that she had from hollisters with a receipt and she continued with being very rude to my daughter even going around her and my niece saying to other workers “yeah I called someone to come down they’re coming” “did you call security”? My daughter and niece were very upset as one would be after I’m guessing she didn’t realize I was there, but her behavior to them was appalling and inappropriate considering her age to theirs.

Ari the Manager was very patient and wonderful customer service. Ari helped me with my selection of choices and her knowledge of the sizes brought me value as I was able to make my choices on some deals at the store. When checking out Diana helped me out with a smile and verified my experience was great. 5 stars for my experience at Cotton On. Thank you

The clothes are very overpriced and horrible quality, and not to mention the new workers are rude and unbearable. I got accused of stealing because a hanger didn’t match with the clothes, but that’s how I found the item. They even threatened to call security on me. Never coming back.

Accused me off stealing after she counted all my items and asked we’re one of the hangers were and it was in the dressing room and said she was gonna call security and was very rude and had nothing on me

the lady who was working the fitting rooms accused me of stealing after counting all my items before i even went into the fitting, also i left all my bags with my friend and the worker even saw that i left all my bags with her because she was right there by the fitting rooms. When i got out i told her i was still deciding what i was gonna get she then proceeded to walk up to me and asked why i had a empty hanger and i told her i must have left it in the fitting room then she said “ no i already checked i can call the security or you can give it to me” she then asked my friend if i put anything in our bags and my friend told her she can check and of course after checking the bags she didn’t find anything so i walked to the fitting rooms and found it on the floor and gave it to her. i hope she felt real dumb.

What I thought was a decent shopping experience, I soon found out after washing a nice shirt I bought from there. That shirt shrunk from an XL-adult to a XL kids shirt. HORRIBLE! Quality is not as good as it looks. Don't shop here unless you want to look like you went to Baby Gap!

. I was greeted by a young lady. she just so happened to be the GM Arianna is the best? there was a sale of 40% but when I went to the denim section for my son she told me 2 wait till the following day because theyl we're going to have a $20 denim sale and she saved me over 150 .Not only did she hold my items for the next day sale? but she was so attentive , professional, and sweet I Will definitely return to spend my money there

Out the store it had “40% off storewide” and so I go inside and ask if it applies for all items, the employee was so snobby and said “no we’re not doing that anymore”. It caught me off guard the way she spoke to me so i said “oh..sorry” and she said “its okay”. Then went back to folding clothes. They should definitely honor the sale price if its still up but the way i was spoken to just made me leave instead. I’d much rather order online than go to a place where little teenage girls are rude for asking a valid question.

Jake (store manager) and Kayla (store lead) CAME THROUGH with finding my size for my DREAM JEAN! I appreciate them for going out of the way when I swing by to get an outfit for a same-day event. Came in at another time for a pair of shorts for my Cali trip, and Kayla went out of her way again to look for my size <3 COTTON ON JEANS are my fave, and Jake and Kayla are my heroes!!!

I remember a guy who worked here as a manager he was so sweet and very helpful! I think his name was Michael but this was like 5 years ago when a CC was there too! Very attentive as well! Now these managers and staff are horrible and rude! Bring the old team back please. They have no respect and urgency for their customers at all!

The three girls that were talking behind the register doing nothing, all walked away when from the register when I got in line to pay. Then started laughing about it till one of them came and checked me out. Why work if you don’t want too? Lazy girls

So it's 8:30pm on tax free weekend. There are 4 people in line for the fitting rooms and they only have 2 fitting rooms open. The young lady running the fitting rooms says to those in line after obviously looking at her watch "y'all know that its 8:30 and the fitting rooms close at 9 right?" So I guess line or not they are not opening another room or 2 to get the line down and when it hits 9 pm thats it. It is now 8:40 and the doors have already been closed.

I first discovered Cotton On in Singapore a couple years ago. I was immediately obsessed with their clothes and bought a bunch of clothes thinking I was never going to be able to find it in the USA. Thankfully Cotton On opened a location in North Star Mall and I've been a fan ever since. The staff at this location has always been super friendly and super helpful. Compared to other stores, this one also carries their children's clothing line which is absolutely amazing. Since becoming a mom, I've been ever a bigger fan of their children's clothes because is so cool and edgy. If you are just looking for the perfect white t-shirt, highly recommend checking Cotton On!
