The customer service culture is really bad. Most of the times if the employee culture in a business is bad, it comes directly from the CEO, management, and sales.30 years ago, Costco used to be the big deal. Now it's just another store trying to make people think they are the best.Costco is not even close to being one of the 10 greatest stores, I prefer any other store than Costco.I have experienced bad customer service for years. I don't come here often, so I had enough of their actitud towards me, heading to cancel my membership.

I really like that there is always someone present watching the gas pumps to prevent fraud and to give you help if you need it. also how responsible they are with the quality of the fuel and its measurement

I love the Costco gas station. I'm pretty sure I am doing thus right n just sharing this info. The lanes are wide enough to accommodate a car passing through to get one of the last gas pumps. No waiting in line for the vehicle in front to be done pumping.

Gas here is always cheaper than the other gas stations. Hoses are longer than normal, so don't bother waiting for the pump that's got nozzle on same said as your fuel door because you can stretch that hose across and fill up with no issues.

Gas is cheap. I am happy you don't have to sit in a line if you are willing to go to the opposite pump of your tank.

I always go to Costco for gas.A few tips to everyone out there:-there are 3 pumps…move to the pump furthest up.-if spot 1 or 2 is open ahead of the back vehicle, proceed around them cautiously and go to the pump. No need to wait until that 3rd car is done. The line will move much more quickly!-have your Costco card out and ready along with your payment. More than likely you’ve been sitting there for some time waiting, so just be sure you’re ready when you get up thereCons:-No bug cleaner (I don’t mind - helps the lines to move more quickly)-these pumps suck, most don’t even stay clicked on…something should be looked at this since other locations don’t click off until the tank is full-cannot always round up “environmentally safe”

Easy access. Plenty of pumps to get gas. There is always an attendant out seeing if you need a hand. The gas is always cheaper that other gas stations in the area.

More pumps = less to no wait time. Not only do they have more pumps but they have light indicators to show if one is available. Attendants are always friendly & helpful if you have any issues. Costco is also known for having top tier gasoline at a reasonable price.
