I have had the pleasure of living at The View at TPC for the past 2.5 years, and it has been a fantastic experience. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the location is ideal. But what truly stands out is the exceptional service from the staff.
Recently, I had a situation that required some assistance, and Daisy went above and beyond to help me. She handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care, making sure that my concerns were addressed and resolved smoothly. Her dedication to providing excellent service made a significant difference, and I’m truly grateful for her support.
Throughout my time here, the staff have always been attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any needs or requests. Living at The View at TPC has been a positive experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
Thank you, Daisy, and the entire team, for making my time here so enjoyable!

Maintenance is always very responsive, never having to wait more than 24hours for any repairs. Especially thankful for David’s help knowledge, customer service, and technical abilities. I can’t thank him enough!

I had a great experience with Kara, she greeted me kindly with a smile I was already tired / grumpy from looking, her smile changed my attitude. She answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable about the area and her community. I decided to write this review because these days most people don't know what good customer service is, Kara knows her job and how to properly treat customers. I can’t wait to move here! We had the best time visiting the property. Kara really put us at ease as this will be our first time living in San Antonio. We got to meet the maintenance manager, Lisa, during our walk. She was super friendly and really takes care of the property. Thank you Kara for spending so much time with us. Your patience and kindness gave us a sense of home in a new, big city.

I am a new resident at TPC and I could not be more happy with the service that I have received. There were some small things that I’ve had to submit work orders for. Once the orders were submitted I received service the next day. Both times David has been my maintenance technician and has gotten the job done. He is very nice, thorough, quick and respectful. I truly appreciate him and his hard work.

This is a great apartment, after searching For a month. I finally decided to make The View at TPC Parkway my home after the tour I was sold. Kudos to GABY she is Amazing helping with everything promptly and effectively. The place is run by a good team. Thank you guys for everything!

Tonight I had a bit of an emergency and maintenance came so fast! David was so nice and so helpful! He always brings a smile to my face when he does maintenance for my unit. He’s also always quick and does a great job! I love the maintenance here!!I also love my view and how at home I feel here. There’s nothing I love more than watching the sunset on my balcony. I love those place and calling it home.

TPC apartments has a great layout and great amenities. The maintenance team is great especially David Diaz. He offers exceptional service. He has timely responded to our maintenance concerns and has even showed up to our unit on a weekend to assist us with a water pipe issue. He is always kind and so is the rest of the maintenance team, it’s one of the reasons why we stay at the TPC apartments.
