JT is always rude and unhelpful he was about to let me walk out the store without a lid after I informed him they didn’t have any more….. he basically got quiet as a cricket for like an entire awkward minute and finally said they were probably out because he didn’t want to be helpful and god forbid do his job and be helpful nope not too hard to offer to look under neath the cabinets after I said maybe you got some down there he had to add drama to it and make it seem like it was gonna be impossible he said they were probably out and he would have to go outside and get some….. but not now you’ll have to wait like if I wasn’t calm and ready to wait for it he started ignoring me since that one person behind me desperately needed to be attended to by him and not the other open cashier while the other associate could have done it now all of a sudden he is “captain K” ready to work???he really just wanted me to leave without offering any help…. It doesn’t surprise me because he always is disrespectful and also ignores me with his air pods acting as if he can’t hear requests he’s probably learned the rude attitude from the main store manager because I’ve been coming hear over a year and if I had a dollar for every time the GM has been rude or talked down to me as if she was my boss I would have enough money to fill up both of my cars with premium I use to come here every morning and get my coffee but honestly I rather not be treated by low level folks who have no integrity or respect for ppl that patronize the business they should build. This is truly a typical thorn expected on the south side but hey we should be better and do better I hope circle k reads this because I have been close to calling them at least a dozen times on her petty actions alone but just don’t have enough time

everything is clean although the icee machines weren't turning but said they were ready came out watery, and i think the woman at the register needs to be informed there isn't an age requirement to purchase a lighter haha it's my mother's birthday and i wanted to surprise her at work just didn't bring a lighter unfortunately but still pretty neat !

Very messy and disorganized no hot dog holders buns were hard and old no chili and cheese even though I was charged for both. Only one cashier available and she had a long line. As busy as this place gets they need to have more employees on staff.

The coffee station is always nasty, poorly stocked and they NEVER have any creamer. But the staff is always nice/friendly.

This is my go to store for gas, it can get very busy at anytime of the day because of the location so almost always expect a line of 2 or more but there is always more than one cashier so thats a plus. Gas prices are always good.

The staff at this location has always been very nice, but today was exceptional! The gentleman (didn't get his name) that was handling the cash registers was AWESOME! I visited the store around 8:30 am. He was so sincere & cheerful & personable. He definitely needs to be acknowledged as an EXCEPTIONAL employee!
