The store was clean when I walked in I first looked at the rolls not appealing so walked around they have a lot of chips, candy bars even have cooked pizza. I went to check out the employee was professional, friendly easy to talk to. If you need gas, snacks, pop, beer or a clean bathroom definitely stop here.

Always out of products. Soda machine not clean. Dirty soda machine. Need clean all the line from soda machine and tune up. Hopefully the owner fixes the issues. All be going back in two weeks if the store changes. If they change all change my review.

I travel from Bandera for the deli and they keep changing the times on when they are open now they close at 1:00 hard to sell food if everytime you go there they are closed. They have always had 2 shifts and now only 1 so they can close at lunch time .

I just got gas at this Circle K location and my gas receipt didn't print out. So I pushed the Call Attendant button on the pump for assistance, only to get the rudest white woman answering who told me I need to come into the main store inside to get my receipt. Being permanently disabled, with my handicapped license plates fully showing on my vehicle, I politely told her I was disabled and asked her to bring it out to me (like they always do whenever no receipt prints out at all other locations). She sharply said in a disgusted voice again that she had a line a mile long and couldn't bring it out to me; incredulously demanding again that if I wanted it, I'd have to come inside, wait in her "mile long" line, to get it myself. Well, there is a Call Attendant button on every gas pump for a reason and that reason is because many disabled people cannot physically walk that far, wait and stand in line without significant pain after we've already pumped & paid, to get our rightful receipt because ypur entire store location manager and emoloyees cannot do their jobs and keep the pumps filled with receipt paper when they're empty! I am recovering from spinal surgery, so I pressed the button again and this time this highly unprofessional and compassionless woman who represents Circle K refused to answer the Call button! After several minutes and several more attempts at repressing the button, she finally answers with a very loud and obnoxious "What!?" I said the Call button is there for disabled people to get help and that I asked her a third time to please bring out my receipt, to which she replied "I will, but you'll have to wait until there is nobody else waiting in her line inside before she would bring it out to me. So I sat there in my car on a 100-degree day waiting. And I waited and I waited for like 10-15 mins and still no one came out with my receipt. Then two employees came by the pump (younger, short Hispanic lady & older Hispanic gentleman) gathering up the trash from the bins at each pump which were so overfull trash was blowing into the ground everywhere. I first asked the lady employer who the District Mgr was for this store location. She said she had no idea and called over the older gentleman and I asked him the same thing. He muttered "Rebecca Luna," and when I asked for her contact numbet he said he didn't know it. He asked me what I needed & I told him what had occurred, to which he replied he'd go in and get it for me. A few minutes later he came back out with a "duplicate receipt" for my gas purchase and gave it to me. No one ever said they're sorry for what had happened or how terribly I was treated - nothing! So I call the Circle K Corporate Consumer Complaints for Texas and got nothing but "please hold" for over 30 minutes and still no one ever answered the phone! Their website states: "Our fast and friendly team is always happy to serve you!" Well NOT if you're unlucky enough to have to visit this location, and most especially NOT IF YOU'RE HANDICAPPED OR DISABLED! They will totally dismiss your reasonable assistance needs and completely ignore your pleas for help when it's required!! SHAME ON ALL THE MANAGERS AND ESPECIALLY THIS "CALL ATTENDANT" RESPONDING EMPLOYEE FOR TREATING THE HANDICAPPED SO POORLY AND ILLEGALLY AT THIS STORE! THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED!! I am filing an ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) complaints with both the ADA and the Texas Attorney General's Office for the illegal, unfair and neglectful way I was treated at this Circle K store location today strictly due to my handicapped status and physical mobility challenges requiring reasonable accommodation/assistance I was outright repeatedly denied by Circle K employees today!

I was here trying to fuel my motorcycle, and could not get the button for high octane to work. The most wonderful attendant, named Kay walked out and worked her magic on the pump. Kay, you made my day with your smile and know how. Bless you dear for going above and beyond the call of duty.

I stop here for the amazing gas prices and the frozen strawberry lemonade...last 4 times I've been here it's been not available.. once I get my dang lemonade, I'll give ya the extra stars!lol

The staff are very friendly here. The store is always clean and stocked. Very good neighborhood gas station. LOTS of big trucks use this gas station but I like that the pumps are separated on the side. And they have many pumps so there's never a wait to fill up!
