I Visited your store on Thursday, January 11, 2018 around 12 noon or a little after. I had just been to the doctor and had a steroid shot due to an injury. I was in excruciating pain when I arrived and asked the cashier for cat food. He helped me pick the food and when I went to the register to pay for it my pain was unbearable I asked the cashier if he could help me back in the car and even though there were other customers waiting in line he gently helped into my car. I was so grateful for his help. I want to commend this your man for his kindness and concern for the elderly. I didn't get his name but he was a young. good looking man with a beard; I just wanted you to know what a great person you have working for you at this station. God bless him.

It takes these women forever to come to the register it seems like they just want to sit and relax and not good job. I go to Valero's and gas stations all over the city since I'm a contractor and this has the worst customer service of all.
