If I could give 0 stars I would. The red head I’m assuming manager is very rude & condescending. She needs an attitude adjustment. I Never have problems with any other worker besides her. If all she wants to do is play on her phone while sitting outside & smoking cigarettes then she should find a new job.

Closes earlier than posted. Consistently. Lack of accountability can be aggravating. If you are looking for a circle K specific, I would save your time and go to another location. I personally have been attending for years.

Just got 100+ ft to QT, they will actually be open for business late at night/early morning with better options. Used to be a dependable store for locals.

This store charged us 22.00 and then told us our card was declined. We had to leave our items there that we had purchased. When we walked back home we checked our account and we had in fact been charged for the 22.00 balance and called the store. Katy was the worker who rung us up and told us it was declined. She apologized on the phone and told us there was nothing she could do until a manager arrived the next day from 6 to 2. We called at 12 before walking over the next day and was spoken to by a very unprofessional woman who informed us no manager would be there until 2.We arrived at 2 and were told no manager would be there until Monday. We have not even received a refund confirmation, been told when we would receive a refund or if one was issued. This is extremely unprofessional and bad service. The woman on staff in the morning on February 12 th at the 7203 Blanco rd, San Antonio, Texas 78216 location was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She hung up on me when I had more questions about when we would be receiving our money back and disconnected the phone line when I tried calling back several times to get in touch with a manager. She refused to give me herName and hung up on me when I tried calling back. We expect a full refund or something done about the way we have been treated as repeat customers. Extremely dissatisfied with service and disrespectful unprofessional, distasteful staff.

Terrible store, the people are usually nice an fine to deal with but the store is terrible. The money order machine here at the Blanco & Sir Winston location has been down for a year now. I'm unable to walk across the street an use that to pay my rent for a long time and have been a major inconvenience in my life since I do t have a car. Also the phone number for this store on Google is no the right phone number it's a differ
