i come in everyday for a froster and the same old dude with grey hair who works there is always so rude to me & my partner. i came in yesterday for a free prize from the crush and run game and he wouldn’t scan my barcode for it. the door is always locked on one side. i came in tonight for a froster and was a little short on change i had my partner run out to the car to grab some more change and tried to tell the guy behind me to go ahead and go & the worker (as mentioned up top) raised his voice at me and told me he couldn’t until i finished paying. he is very rude and they never have anything in stock. dont waste your time here. the circle k up the street on callaghan is much better & the workers actually care there.

Upon entering I asked to use the bathroom, the assistant manager asked if I had purchased anything because they only allow the bathroom to customers that buy something, I was going to shop here but not now. What happened to public bathrooms! Please fix this

At this writing my credit card was erroneously charged for a sip and save subscription 11/26/21. This occurred at store number 0252 on 4327 Vance Jackson Road, San Antonio, Texas. I Went to this location to purchase $25 worth of gas and also use my sip and save subscription that I purchased on 11/8/21. The cashier handed me my receipt for $31.48! When I asked why the receipt exceeded $25.00 It showed I was charged again for an additional sip and save subscription! The cashier remained non-verbal and looked lost while Alexis Moya, who identified herself as the manager said it was time to renew my subscription. I told her and the cashier I had just subscribed on the 8th of November and pulled up an email with correspondence from Patrick Mc Means of Circle K. This email was for prior problems with my subscription not being recognized from Circle K. Mr. Mc Means confirmed my subscription in that email noting it being active 11-8-21 thru 12-8-21. Neither Alexis Moya nor Stan, the cashier wanted to hear of it. Alexis then reprimanded me for using an extra-large polar pop cup for a froster. I explained the terms of sip and save read that you can have any one dispensed drink up to 64 oz./day. Alexis denied these terms and said she charges double for that! The customer behind me became very irate at having to wait for my issue to be resolved and began to yell at me to get my sh*t out of the way and touched my drink that was on the counter and moved it, to get ahead of me. I told Alexis that I no longer wanted the drink since this other customer had touched it. I then asked if the money that they charged me for another sip and save could be applied to gas which she denied. She said there was no way to refund my money, they don't do that, and that no one has taught her to do that. She said I would have to call corporate to get my money refunded back to my credit card. It has been over a week now without resolve! At first, Alexis had refused me the gas that I had already purchased! When I told her she had to give me the gas because I already paid for it she then realized that she couldn't deny my purchase. I left the store without a drink or a refund on another sip and save subscription that was charged on my credit card. I do have my receipt from that visit at 3:47 p.m. my time. I am asking for a refund for the extra sip and save they charged me for. This is a third occurrence of having a problem with Circle K's sip and save. In the past, other cashiers have refunded me out of the register. Even though I can still use the sip and save membership from Nov. 8-Dec. 8 I have not returned to Circle K since, nor will I ever go to Circle K again! The lack of customer service is reprehensible as well as the amount of time taken to resolve the issue to refund my money! I have shared my experience at the medical facility I work at, and will also add my experience online. Hopefully, after this correspondence, this will be taken care of promptly where I will not have to contact my credit card company and the TX State Attorney General's Office for consumer affairs to file a report. Worst customer service from one CSR this individual harasses me every time I go there if he is working. He IDs me if buying cigarettes or beer. He locked the side door today forcing me to walk around to the other door. He is rude and seems to be intentionally harassing me. I have seen him tell a kid that he couldn't use the bathroom because he didn't have an ID or collateral.
