My morning started out tough I had a whole Bank type thing going on. I wasn't able to stop and get breakfast I stopped and got two donuts the lady with the long braids in her hair charges me for my cup of ice and overcharges me for the two stupid donuts I will never go there again ever

What's is stock has definitely improved as of late. However, there is still one employee that is selectively rude to customers. Not sure why she is still employed or hasn't been retrained yet. Other then that, my only complaint is the lack of clerks at the counter, especially when there are 3 working. I understand other things to be completed, but 1 clerk should not have to handle long lines solo while others are not around. If at least two do the job when it's busy, then the customers are out faster and the rush is over sooner, and other important duties can be completed with less stress in the air. It's basic customer service and time management, a forgotten attribute.

Kind of funny how this store claims to be 24 hours yet is closed EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. No sign on the door that says when it will be open. No hours posted as this store is supposed to be 24 hours. Saw some kid with a bad afro "pretending" to be mopping inside lol.

The place is usually dirty. The staff it seems don't know how to sweep or mop. When the mop it must be with dirty water from someone before and they don't use any kind of soap. The shelves never are wiped down, they do not disinfect between customers. I try to avoid stopping here. Some of the staff are nice. Others you can tell they hate their job and would rather be somewhere else so they're mainly there to just collect a check.
