maybe you shouldn't have a manager that dismisses customers concerns and and complaints and just basically tells us to get over it she's a terrible manager it should be replaced by someone who knows what the hell they're doing and how to talk to customers I don't appreciate it and I will no longer be going to the circle k because of the manager and her stupidity

Not a complaint until today. Went there for a soda. I just love the coke machine. I do half lime and regular and I truly love it. It was in that moment I realized I lost my wallet. Run out like crazy, went back to every place I had been in, left my details in every place in case someone find it later on the day. I still have hope into humanity, until I got back to the gas station store. I walk where I parked and went inside and asked if I may give them my info (name and numbe) you know in case a miracle happen. Well she said no. It shocked me, she said "we have it or we don't" while I walked to my car I was WTF that means. I call and give them the example "what happened if later on the day a person get the cash and throw the wallet away around the dumpster area" how I would know and she just hung up on me. I was at the parking lot and I went back in and asked why they needed to treat me like that. Why cut me off when I was just asking politely to understand their policy. She said she can loose her job. I'm not asking to do something out of the ordinary I just want to understand the reason behind because what if... how would they contact me. The two females just make faces and went away to the back. There was another employee male by the way and he couldn't give me a reason but I asked him why those two where acting so rude and inappropriate and his response was because you called twice. Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is that? They where mistreating me because I called two time, one phone time less than a minute and the other one less than two minutes. And for the record when I went in they were 4 or more employees all together at the register. It's was a very unfortunate situation and those females lack of sympathy and customer service. Of course I'll be calling to my bank and doing everything you do in this situation with my drivers license, medical ensurance, etcétera but it's the sentimental value over things of my kids there on my wallet and having this behavior of those two female employees make it worse. Why behave in such manner seeing a person struggling.

Went in there to find some items for my doordash order around 6pm and the two gentlemen that were working there were extremely helpful and had great customer service! More employees should be like them, Great job guys! ?

This place is trash, and it's a disappointment. Because the employees are amazing. You never have food going on. And they close super early.dont come here at midnight on the weekend

This place is on the rise. Used to be a nightmare to go into but now there's always fresh food when there should be. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially the management. The new manager is great with people and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly. They have really turned the place around. Would recommend if you're in the area and need gas or just got the munchies. ; )

Again.....the Amazon locker is a lifesaver. I don't have to worry about the crooks stealing my stuff. Plus this place is next to an amazing car wash. Can't go wrong.

This location stole $3 from me and when i called the manager put me on hold for 30 mins and the whole time someone will pick up the phone dial numbers then put it back down! After 30 minutes the call ended and now the line is busy! Check your cards and don’t be a victim! Calling corporate!

Jada W, the amazing assistant manager/manager of the Subway, at this location saved the day! My daughter had been throwing her lovey out of the car all afternoon anytime we stopped for an errand or to help with an accident, and so once we got home and I couldn’t find it immediately, I panicked. I immediately called this location as it was one of our last stops for the day. Jada cheerfully answered the phone, listened thoroughly, took down the information about the missing stuffed lovey bear, and immediately went out to look in the parking lot. No such luck, but she said I wasn’t the only mom to lose such things and the same had happened to her in the past. She’d keep an eye out, Hope for the best, and put up a prayer for dear old Bear Bear to be found. Well, lo and behold, Bear Bear was in the car just hiding under all the stuff in the car, but Jada saved the day by calming me down and making me feel like I wasn’t completely crazy for the call and her good heart put me at ease during a stressful situation. Thank you so much for helping me out, Jada! You’re awesome! We might have had to take everything out of the car, but it was so helpful to have her calming presence when I was frantic.
