I got to fill up with gas, for a full tank it was less than 40 dollars and they made an additional charge of 146 dollars but my car's tank was filled with less than 40 dollars!!! This is a theft I demand my money back!! And to make matters worse, the machine did not print the ticket, I am from Mexico and I cannot go to complain in person but I demand a refund!!!!

Please stop ripping off your customers. There is no tax on bottled water in the state of Texas. Please do not card people needlessly. When it is obvious that I am not an 18 year old stuck in a 62 year olds body!!!!?

Some old lady named MEL waited on me thru the window & treated me as if I was bothering her. I asked for 2packs of cigarettes & was very specific which ones. She then proceeds to give me a total (without even ringing up) that I know for a fact was a incorrect price. So when I asked her to repeat price, she very rudely told me "Do you want them or not? I don't know how much they are." As freakin rude as can be. Then as specific as I was, she still gave me wrong cigarettes. IF PEOPLE ARE BOTHERSOME TO YOU THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Only gave one star because it wouldn't let me post otherwise.

Just left Shell this morning and bought a red icy for my son and he got some on the lid and when I went to grab a napkin I saw they were out. I informed the cashier they were out and asked if I could have one from behind the counter she got an attitude and told me the napkins were over there, when I tell her AGAIN there's no more left she gets even madder and points even harder in the same direction, and AGAIN I said there are none there... she's gets pissed off and walks up to another EMPTY napkin dispenser and says right here and ROLLS her eyes at me. When I tell her there aren't even napkins in there she says then there aren't any more....wtf?? I could see napkins behind the counter?! She couldn't even apologize for yelling at me for not seeing what wasn't there... just rude .

My friend and I didn't need gas, but we did get thirsty on our trip yesterday and found ourselves on Interstate 35 south of downtown San Antonio. This tiny Shell Express Mart fit the bill exactly. Normally I'm a bit reluctant to stop in South San Antonio, but this store was clean, well-kept, well-staffed and well-stocked. It was an easy-off, easy-on from the interstate, and served as a refreshing oasis on a long trip to South Texas. The bonus of the trip was that we got to learn about chamoy. My friend was checking out an end cap of Mexican candies and what not, and came across what appeared to be a bag of blood. Upon further inspection, it turned out it was a dill pickle in chamoy. We weren't about to buy one, but it set off a whole new round of Wikipedia once we got back into the car to learn what chamoy was. How often can you claim you stopped at a convenience store and became better educated? That's worth at least one extra star.
