Came on Sunday to get a simple va.lve stem and air. I I formed the guy to seal around d the edge of rim with the grease. Asked him 3 times . Did u seal it? He never put it in the water to check it. Straight up lied. pass poor management. Tire is leaking all around rim.

I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop here. I got into an accident in my car and I had my car towed here based on the recommendation of the tow truck driver (first mistake). When we got there I specifically told the guy who was looking at the car that I wanted to make sure there wasn't more extensive damage before putting a ton of money into my car. The guy seemed friendly and said they would take care of it.
I never heard from anyone all day and when I called later that evening, whoever I spoke with said they already started working on the car and then told me how much it would cost. I asked if that was all it needed and he told me it was.
Most of the next day went by and I still never heard anything, so I had to call back again. Was told they were still working on it and was almost completed. They called back a little later and said it was ready to be picked up and the cost was around $1,000, but that the car wasn't able to be driven straight.
When I went to pick it up, they acted like they did me a huge favor with the work they did and acted like the rest of the repair could be done easily at a body shop. They were wrong! There was still $4,000 more work that needed done to make it drivable. More than what the car was worth. I put 1,000 into the car for no reason. If they could have told me the risks up front, I wouldn't have been as upset, but I feel they intentionally kept information from me, just to steal my money.
Do your self a favor and stay far away from this crooked shop.

Came in on a Friday for a simple oil change, the owner Rodrigo is the worst owner I’ve ever met, I believe he owes money because he was trying to charge me double for a service I’ve received more than 6 times. He told me I need money for beer and cigarettes and I believe he was on something because even his staff was afraid. Sad because it used to be my go to for minor mechanical. Do not go here, I should have ran and paid double but they guy poured oil on my engine intentionally and they scraped my bumper. I am a realtor and professional and will never step foot in here again thank you Lord.

Rudy did an excellent job. I went in there with a radiator leak, he allowed me to buy the radiator from a 3rd party and had it delivered there from Amazon. He placed it and it was easy and efficient. He even allowed me to keep the vehicle until the part came. Great service. Also I recommend only getting aluminum radiators for cara over 100k. Thank you !

I was impress by knowledge of the mechanic that work on my car I had taken it somewhere else before he inform me the part might be defective but he could replace it which would cost me more money so I dd what he told me took it back to the first shop and they tested it and yes it was a factory defective part and they replace it at no charge since the part was still under warranty I was impress

Amy time we have an issue with our cars my husband says to come here.
I don't listen (smh) and I go somewhere closer. EVERY SINGLE TIME I end up here for them to fix the previous mechanics mistakes, Period.

They advertise $20 to fix flats on their wall - I was charged $25 the reason cashier lady told me wall prices are old. I don’t mind paying $25 but please advertise updated prices and don’t act like you don’t care.

All the guys always help me out with my car, Rogelio, the cashiers Velia, Jeniffer, and the mechanics Rudy, Santos, Enrique, on the tire service: Carlitos, Juan, Eros all of them always have a nice welcome and greeted at me.
Enrique always take care of our cars if I need new tires mounting and balancing Carlitos or Juan take care of it, then the alignement Enrique does it, if I need something else like an oil change he will take care.
They have replaced my gas pump, the radiator, struts, shocks, timming belts etc. so I will comming to you guys to give me a trutly and friendly hand.
