I went to Coopers this morning for boneless Angus ribs. They did not have any in stock but the gentleman at the counter was kind enough to offer to debone some ribs for me. I brought them home to marinate and prepared them for my anniversary dinner. I prepared them as instructed and when we sat down to eat almost every bite was fat! I maybe got three bites of meat. The sides I purchased were delicious and the staff were very friendly but I was very disappointed! I don’t mind paying more for quality but when you are charging per pound make sure it is trimmed! I will not be returning!

This market is fantastic! The quality of the meat is top notch and I really appreciate how consistent the cuts and flavors are. I love to get meat here for taste testing different cooking methods and consistency is key.
The variety of meat is absolutely insane too. So many different types of game meat that I haven't seen elsewhere in town.
I also think their chicken soup is a sleeper hit. My favorite in town to be honest with you.
I would say that it is a bit pricey but I think that's bc you are paying for quality. Also, there can be a bit of a wait if it's crowded inside so a good tip is to call in advance if you've got a big order for the butcher to prepare.

Central Market didn’t have what I needed so I stopped by here to check on the selection. Walked out with a delicious beef tenderloin and some yummy seasoning. It was delicious. They were helpful as well.

A couple of years ago I order a butterflied leg of lamb. When I arrived to pick it up meat, the owner, I assume, was a total jerk. He was rude and impatient and acted like he didn't want my business. Go somewhere else and avoid this establishment.

Dishonest and deceptive. I called looking for veal bones, but what they tried to sell me was so big it was obviously from a full grown cow, not veal.To make matters worse, they wouldn’t honor the price of $5.50/lb on their website. Nor would they honor the price of $10.50/lb on the piece of paper next to their cash register. Instead, they wanted to charge me $12.00 in their ‘system.’Don’t do businesses with them.

Definitely agree with these bad reviews they freeze there t bones and bacon wraps never heard of that horrible service very rude and meat was low quality go to choice cuts they are way better and you get more for you buck

I get good service and great prepared food, great steaks and hot sauce. Jay, from behind the counter, always greets me with a smile. I am far from their best customer, but that’s how they make me feel.
