Staff was attentive and helpful immediately, staff also assisted with loading my appliance into my truck bed despite being short staffed. Sad they are going out of business because I would definitely come back!

First off our experience was great with Roger, purchased items for my kids 10 year anniversary. I was happy and the kids were happy UNTIL we picked our items up at the warehouse.
The wrong dishwasher was ordered, got it home opened the face of the box, opened and saw the plastic interior not metal. My son in law picked out the dishwasher he wanted during Memorial Day weekend-on sale but it had the wrong label so when Roger placed the order we got the wrong one.
He called Roger right away was instructed to bring it back to the store location they would credit my account so we could place the order for the correct dishwasher.
We did as instructed but when we arrived we were told the dishwasher was no longer available to choose another one. We tried but the price went up and could not get the sale price.
We just asked for the dishwasher to be removed along with the protection. Left the dishwasher at the store, asked for some kind of receipt for drop off was told I did not need it.
We even tried to talk to the manager on duty because Roger was running back and forth but the manager was useless...sorry but true.
Taken off my bill and adjusted...That was a lie!!
Looked at my bill to make a payment and the dishwasher was still there along with protection plan.
We then again went into Construction Brook City base talked to the manager on duty...Ernesto he did know what we were talking about but said he wondered why there were 2 dishwashers in the store.
Ernesto promised to take the item off make the adjustments to my bill then contact me when it was done. Guess what CRICKETS and I find out the store is going bankrupt!
I should have never spent over $8000 in merchandise because I had this feeling it was not going to go well.
I am mad frustrated and disappointed all at the same time! Please someone there give a crap and call me or reach out. I should not have to keep going on the store to tell my story over and over again.

This store specifically is awful. The store manager yelled at his employees twice while I was there, I wasn't told the delivery date was different different from the install date, we installed it ourselves and there still has been no credit returned to my account as promised. It's been almost 2 months. I called corporate and there still was no help. So, next stop is BBB to file with the 1300+ other complaints. Avoid the SE Military location.

I went in was greeted by a very nice young man named Jesus, he helped me with what I went in for and we were done in maybe an hour the most I'd not sooner. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed doing business with him.

I highly recommend purchasing furniture and appliances from this location. The personnel are very helpful and attentive. Farid is exceptionally helpful and explains the financing process so that it is understandable.
