Really BAD SERVICE, even before they went bankrupt. Explains a lot though.

We purchased a washer and dryer. Paid for delivery and installation.
The delivery guy delivered it but refused to install it. He told use he would charge us an additional $180.00 and we would need to go get the connectors.
This felt fraudulent to charge me for installation twice.
