Steve and Katherine are the best. My 13 year old Windows desktop blew up after a Windows update. They received it after six p.m. on a Thursday evening. Diagnosed. Provided me options next afternoon. I elected to do data recovery. Thumbdrive provided to me on a Saturday night after 8. All my data was there, including QB files. Back up and running on Sunday. Don't know what else they do with computers. All I can say is they answer the phone promptly, text quick honest answers to queries, bend over backwards to listen to you, and try damn hard to accommodate your schedule. Good people.

Hidden little Tech Gem, did wonders for my laptop, it was really slow, and I honestly didn't think it had any life left. But WOW!!!It's faster than when I purchased it!Soo, if you know you already paid a pretty penny for what you have. Then why not trust someone who knows how to diagnose the problem and give you an honest answer if it's worth fixing.

They took care of what I needed. They were fast and reasonable. The tech suggested some updates and improvments. They explained what they did in laugnage I could understand. I am not a computer person so they made me feel good. Great job! I will use them again!

Overall good service, honest and good rates, got 2 PC's fixed that were beyond my basic knowledge. I definitely recommend them, didn't like the paying method though.

They very professional. Took the time to explain to me the procedure and cost of repairing my DELL VENUE PRO 11 tablet. Even identified why my device was stuck in a boot loop with the BSOD. They reinstalled the Windows 10 program. So far so good. Will update in the future if necessary.

Steve did a fantastic job on my PC. Very knowledgeable, even gave me some recommendations on what I can do to improve performance and remedy other issues my PC was having. I will definitely return here if I have any further PC issues.
