Very disappointed in this store, I have been a customer for more than two years, and I have made purchases of 200,300 dollars every time I see it, but the staff right now, especially the manager and her colleagues, think they are more than the clients. They speak in you are arrogant and as if you were the owners
What a pity for employees like that is that there are stores where one never returns

The staff and store manager, Stephanie, are absolutely amazing. The girls are very welcoming from the moment you walk in the store and the store manager is an extremely honest and respectable woman whom will give you every Pennie’s worth of the clothes that you bring in to sell to them. This store has exceeded all of my expectations and it is placed top priority above all other clothing “purchase for cash” stores. Please do yourself a favor and take your unused and unwanted clothes to them as they will treat you with upmost care and respect honoring your value that you bring to them. Highly recommend.

This store is a hidden gem for anyone looking to find high-quality, stylish clothing at a fraction of the price. The selection is fantastic, with everything from trendy pieces to timeless classics, all in excellent condition.
What really stood out to me was the organization of the store—everything is neatly arranged, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with sizing or styling advice.
Not only does clothes mentor offer great deals, but shopping here also feels good because I'm supporting sustainable fashion. I've found some of my favorite wardrobe pieces here, and I always leave feeling like I've scored a great deal. Highly recommend to anyone who loves fashion and cares about the environment!

Took clothes from a year ago knowing they do not take older than that and specifically asked if they were still taking jeans and shorts and was told yes. Come back 5 hours later and was offered $5 for 2 jeans because they were only taking fall. Told the buyer that I asked that before because if not would have just taken them somewhere else. Sorry I don’t know who it was but we are not taking that now. Just FYI ask before.

They offer $3 or less per item that is name brand with tags. Not worth trying to sell to them.

The worst ever! I took in named brand clothing today & they told me it was a 2 hour wait... well it was 5 hours later! I went in to shop no one was doing buys just roaming around the store.... so when I finally got my stuff the young lady rang the bell no one came & she says " ugh I guess I'll do it" like ok lol then they only took 2 items for $3 I told her no so she was annoyed cause she had to help customers.... I highly don't recommend

I have sold to clothes mentor too many times to count. 4 locations in town and I have sold to them all multiple times. Well a couple of weeks ago I dropped off items in the store. a bag full of bags which is what I mostly sell to them. The person said it would be a few hours so I said I would come back to pick up. Not even a hour later I get a text that the buy is done and I can pick up. So i head back over to the store to pick up. The lady brings back my bag full of items. They didn't take a single thing. Which I have never experienced in all of my times selling.I understand a few items not selling but to have my bag look exactly like I gave it to them I was pretty darn sure they didn't even look or go through my items at all. The next day I took all of my items to another clothes mentor and guess what they took every single item in my bag. Which proves to me they didn't even look at my items which is the feeling I had from the beginning. Be very careful selling to these folks. I won't waste my time or gas coming here again.....

Customer beware was told by an employee they value your brand new items at 50% of retail but it's not over yet after they value your items at 50% of what they're worth they then will offer you %30 percent of what your item is worth cut in half first. Lol insane.

DO NOT trying to sell your clothes here they will not give u anything… I gave them so many clothes stuff with tags brand new sperry’s and I got $19 dollars… absolutely not would not recommend…

I was a regular customer for several years. I will detail my experiences with this store:-They are very dismissive to customers who make a complaint, try to return items, or are not happy with service.-Constant changes to reward programs and updating systems (several times had to request earned points that were removed before they were redeemed be returned to account)-It takes $250 to get a $10 coupon with a 90 day expiration date (changed from 10% discount)- No points with discounts or coupons - $50 spent = 0 points-No points for sales or promotions. So, if you spend $100 (100 points) it equals 0 points-I NEVER sold my clothing there because they buy very low. I only purchased items but sold/consigned my quality designer items to other resale stores-ALWAYS COMPARE BEFORE YOU BUY. Several items are over priced. Can buy them brand new for less than what they charge (work out pants, shirts, jewelry, cover-ups, etc). Also, there were items there I already have that I bought new and paid less*Very rude employee customer service to include owner*-Instead of dealing with rude employees, they get rid of every customer they feel are a problem without any apology or solution.-After the last angry encounter with the owner (owner accusatory, rude and argumentive), I no longer shop this location. I redeemed the rest of the points I earned at a different location. Say what he may, the customer service issues will continue until they train their employees how to respect and treat customers. I now spend my money at other resale stores with better customer service and reward programs through out the city.
