I called ahead of time and the lady who answered said I could come in. I went for a shampoo and style. I arrived and waited 20 and never got greeted. I should’ve walked out. I waited and a lady who was leaving for the day asked 3 ladies if they could shampoo my hair. One said I’m not sure and the others never answered. I got my hair shampoo and my hair is still dirty. I mean she never once massaged my hair to lather the shampoo and never did she use conditioner. She blowed dried my hair and it was still wet when it came down to using the curling iron. I wasted my time coming here! I guess this was to be expected since it was 5pm. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. All her brushes were used and dirty and she used them on me. Omg! I’ve never had experience this.

Asked for layers on my hair..the result of my hair cut looks real choppy..there is no flow to it looks very blunt in many areas, I had long hair and I wanted it mid length and I got a lot of hair cut off but the layers and the way it was. Cut is terrible.

Waited for an hour, and it was my turn to be seated yet nobody acknowledged me in the waiting area. Instead, one of the stylist sat on her phone for 20 minutes, and then, when another guest walked in, she took her as soon as she came in and ignored me. After this I went to hair concepts on Marbach instead. They took me in as soon as I walked in with no wait time. I have officially found a hairstylist in San Antonio and I am so happy.Jennifer was professional, friendly, and did quality work. I only went and got a much needed haircut but it turned out to be great! I will be coming back to continue with services. Prices were reasonable and I believe they are independent contractors as you will pay her directly. If you are able to call and book appointment with her do so you wont regret it. Next service will be the Brizilian Keratin ❤️

Kelly is, no exaggeration, AMAZING! Went in for a consult after a disaster of a color and cut at another salon. She walked me through my desires, her thoughts, and we formulated a plan. She was honest throughout, sharing the good news and the difficulties we might encounter in removing the existing color and going with something else. The day of she followed exactly what we had talked about. Bonus, she was a supportive and calming presence throughout which I really appreciated after the stressful week (month!) I've had. And not only did she fix my hair, it looks lovely. Even my dad, not normally a fan of anything but the most natural colors, had to admit the color we picked looked good. Better than that though, rather than cringing when I pass a mirror I smile. Oh! She also doesn't hard sell product which I super appreciate. She makes a recommendation, explains why, and that's it. Seriously, if you need a cut, color, or correction, ask for Kelly.
