I am very pleased with the quality of work that y’all provide, y’all used quality name brand glass which was PGW glass, I left all my tools in the truck & after the job was done all my tools were still there! Monica at the front desk was VERY helpful we got a day & time set up for my windshield repair & she was on top of it all! I’m very impressed & for the price you can’t beat it! Safelite was gonna charge me $350 & that was with a $70 discount! I paid $280 here.. Highly recommend more people swing by Clear glass of San Antonio

A few years ago I used Jason to replace my rear window on my 2020 dodge ram 1500. When they first put it in, I was satisfied until I realized that the button to open and close the power rear window worked in the opposite direction so when you would close it, it would open when you would push to open it, it would close. Fast forward maybe two years and the equipment has broken. Leaving my window wide open during the rain season. Starting about 2 to 3 weeks ago. I called Jason multiple times and then I called the business multiple times to which I was told I would get called back, and I never received a call one. During the one time I got through to someone (in their austin office) I informed them that I was not interested in having them warranty or fix something for free. I just needed them to fix the window even as a new ticket. After not getting a callback, I hired someone else to do the work. They were confused at first, but finally found the source of the problem. This company installed a window and motor that was from a model 12 years older. So not only did I get used equipment, but it didn’t work correctly and the motor to the window was in reverse position. I’m super disatisfied with the service, and now knowing more I feel “jipt” with the product. I highly advise against using this business.

Clear Glass bends over backwards to please everyone. I had my windshield replaced by them. Clear glass, is literally on my way to work. Just two blocks off the highway 35 and Rittiman I showed up on time, they were working on my truck in minutes. Finished ahead of schedule. They took care of the insurance claim, and I was off to the races.

Clear Glass came out within an hour of calling had finished the process in 20 minutes. Our new windshield looks great and I couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. They even answered all my questions about the process as they worked.

I have a pest control business and one of my service trucks windshields was damaged really badly while driving on IH 10. I needed a new windshield ASAP so we could continue conducting business. Victoria with Clear Glass scheduled me for the next morning at 8:00 AM. George arrived at 7:45 AM, had the windshield installed by 8:20AM and we didnt even have to reschedule any customers. The customer service provided by Victoria and George was excellent. Not to mention the price was half the cost of Safelight who couldn't schedule us for three weeks. I am telling all of my fellow business owners and friends about Clear Glass.I highly recommend them!! Very disappointed with lack of service. This establishment has little to no respect for clients. If you are military in the San Antonio area find someone else to do your repairs. I scheduled a windshield job 6 days prior knowing they would not be able to come on post, I met them at the dealer with a time of 0800. Glass was at the dealer as well. low and behold 0930 they were almost there 1015 down the road. Terrible operations and reliability. Poor excuses by management.

Bad driver using no blinker and cutting in and out of traffic, this driver is reckless and has no regard for public safety, the license plate is Texas BE1-8869 occured 9/11/15 around 0708am.

I was fortunate enough to have ABC Pest Control call Clear Glass to do my windshield repair after a small rock hit and cracked my glass. Clear Glass was out immediately, assessed the type window I would need, and had it repaired perfectly in record time! I had just recently had it replaced and their work was so much better than the company that did it before! Excellent PR service!!!
