Clean, comfortable, affordable room within walking distance of the Amtrak train station, the Riverwalk, and the convention center. You could probably walk to the Alamo too, but I didn't try it. I came via train and didn't bring my car, I was able to get around fine as there are also electric scooters everywhere. The man at the front desk helped me with a few things and the service was truly above and beyond. Better value than the fancier hotels nearby, I'd stay here again.

Perfect spot for a quick stop. Located by freeway and river walk. Perfect amount of space and you can see your car from the hallway. Staff was very welcoming and room was clean. Very quiet. And if you know about the ac, some hotel ac suck but this one had be going to bed in socks! Perfect hotel. With tower view. Room #305

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Guy at reception was disgustingly rude. Asked extremely inappropriate questions and admitted to entering my room when I wasn’t there. Lobby smells HORRIBLE. Truly a despicable place.

As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I almost passed out due to the yucky smell. The staff's reaction was just rude and unpleasant. How the hell is it getting the reviews over 3/5?

Horrible customer service booked on Expedia but had some questions about changing it and the man (did not give his name and I only know he spoke with an accent, included only for management identification purposes) that answered the phone cut me off before I could even explain what I needed as soon as he heard Expedia he cut me off and started shouting I needed to call them and cancel through them. Then he hung up on me —a paying customer!!Management if you’re reading this this phone call occurred Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 5:45 PM so whoever you had answering the phones at that time they are responsible for losing this customer for life and telling everyone they know to avoid this horrible establishment at all costs.Worst customer service EVER!!!!! Do not book here!!!

Stayed two days and the experience was fine for what I paid. I called a week later to ask a question about my payment using very patient and professional speaking and tone. The manager constantly interrupted me and refused to let me finish speaking, then hung up on me. Tried to call again and again refused to let me finish talking and hung up. Won’t pick up the phone at all anymore so I will never receive the information I need and won’t receive reimbursement from my employer as a result. Horrible service, will never stay again.

OK, budget place for an overnight stay. Close to walk to the River Walk. There was a city view over a parking lot. No breakfast offered and only one small package of shampoo/creme rinse in room. Not enough for 2 people so bring your own. The coffee pot in the room was broken so no morning coffee, hence the lower service rating. Also close to the road and emergency service station so numerous traffic sounds overnight.

(Bed made me itchy) Around events they sky rocket their prices to about 500 dollars a night and tell us it’s the “cheapest around” but I found multiple options just as close to the Dome. The outside is nice but the bottom floor and elevator smells strongly of curry. The furniture in the room is Beaton up and poorly refilled to make look better. The only good thing about this place is the parking being covered by a camera and is very well lit. The service was dry and he didn’t thank us for our business or even make eye contact with us. Very rude old guy but hey their all family so they can’t really fire anyone lol. There are better options for sure so look elsewhere.Rooms: Damage throughout the roomNearby activities: A rock throw from the Alamo DomeSafety: Very well lit and has security camera facing parked cars.

I don’t know why D Ph thinks he was staying at an insane asylum, the motel isn’t bad at all. We were really close to the Alamo dome and they even gave us free parking! Rooms were nice and clean and my family never had any problems with mold or a weird smell. I guess some people expect a 5 star luxury hotel for 50 bucks. The front desk was very nice. The only problem I had with this motel was that it was a little noisy, but what are you going to expect in downtown San Antonio. Great stay and will come back again!

Dont trust the reviews. It may be good for money but the quality is too low. I chose a regular bathroom and ended up with a roll-in bathroom. About 2ft in front of the bathroom, the carpet is soaked. The molding smell is so strong. Luckily, I only suffered here for one night.Nearby activities: 6-10min walk to riverwalk

We showed up little early like 30 mins before our 3pm check in time and the lady at the front desk said there is extra charge for early check in. Extra charge for checking in just 30 minutes early, seriously?? Also, asked if i could use the restroom, she even refused that and said its only after you have checked in.Never faced such an unwelcoming reception. Won't ever prefer this hotel for my future visits.
