I love the home I built for myself here, I like the area, the TWO maintenance guys are amazing! But the owner of the property does not seem like they want to fix things that are broken. Nobody in the office ever answers the phone or responds to your emails your complaints your concerns your cries for help lol so if you want to “live here” do it, but don’t expect help or concern from the front office or from the person who owns the complex. I’ve been waiting since I moved in for a response on my BROKEN kitchen sink and they don’t even respond to my emails or answer their phones. Other than that, it’s a place to live.

Neighborhood is safe along with friendly neighbors. Property manager Samantha has provided excellent customer service while residing at City Crest.

I have been here for a little over a month, the most positive thing about this place is the maintenance guys. To be specific Sunny. This guy has gone above and beyond for me. My A/C went out the day I moved in. Just went out again two days ago. He took time out of his weekend to work on it a little more to try and fix it. Couldn’t fix it so he installed a window unit for me and sealed it off so my apt could be cool for my kids. I appreciate all he has done for me in the last month. This guy is elite and deserves a raise.
If I didn’t have A/C problems I would have given it 5-stars.

Friendly neighbors and super friendly staff, I haven’t lived here long but I can already tell u it’s better than most. Management is super involved with everyone! Everyone’s always ready to help!

I talked to the same lady from the day my application was submitted, i turned in all paperwork i was told i needed and after 2 days of no response a different person tells me the other lady is no longer there and she gave me the wrong information so now i have paid money to apply for a place i am more than qualified for just to get the run around at the last second... never again with this pace

I have been living here for almost 3 months now. Lisa and Pearl have been amazing as always. Any issues I have ever had was taken care by Jorge immediately. He has been the best at his work. Really appreciate the prompt response.

I talked to Dulce twice in two weeks and she's been really helpful and patient with me. I came in for my second meeting and was glad to see her there. I came in with a list of questions and she went out of her way to help me out

The new management it's excellent they responded to my problem quickly and they're nice and polite I look forward to renewing my lease quiet neighborhood I'm happy
