Please be aware Citibank is part of a SCAM (under Tradebloc, INC). DO NOT send/Wire/ or ACH any money. Before the funds were wired, I had zero problems contacting them, their so called reps were answering their phones immediately. I wired money for services to account provided in contract agreement and low and behold. Can not reach anyone nor have I received the documents I was told I would within 2 day after they received the funds.

I have had a Citi credit card and savings account for 3 years, and since I got married this year I needed to change my last name. The hoops that this company made me jump through to change my last name on my savings account was ridiculous!!Why is it easier to change the last name on a credit card, but difficult to change the last name on my savings account?Apparently it is easier to CLOSE a savings account and then just open a new one, as opposed to changing the last name on an account.These people are morons!The main customer service line is also NO HELP. It takes forever to actually speak with someone!STAY AWAY AND BANK WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!Level of service/helpfulness: D-

Same experience as some other’s customers review, after funds deposited into Citibank then they blocked accounts, funds and saying funds will be emailed in 30-60 days.Have never seen anything like this with any bank. Stay away from banking with Citi.

Citi has a notable reputation as an apparently successful large bank. However, their credit card operations are terrible. Once there is a discrepancy, you are lost as a valuable customer. Due to their incompetence & refusal to listen or work with established customers, I first had to lock my account for 5 months while I tried to resolve issues. Bottom line is that I eventually did resolve everything, but only due to my efforts to find a competent middle management area. They examined my account, addressed issues, and we settled the disagreements. However, as a many years customer, and all the wasted time & efforts I encountered, I have closed this account. Citi Bank is terribly disorganized at the highest levels, where they completely ignore the longstanding customer an fail to even attend to discrepancies in an account. I would never go back to such an absence of professionalism and competence.

This Bank has/is allowing their address and business name to be used in an on-line scam. They are evidently very unprofessional allowing this scam to continue without even attempting to stop or at least investigate the situation.

Decent bank as far as incentives and accounts, however, if you need to call them for an issue such as an unauthorized transaction, beware. There are no branch locations in my hometown of south Houston, consequently, one has to call the toll-free number and speak to a rep in Asia. My account was frozen due to miscommunication and faulty service. Stay away from this bank if you have no access to a branch facility.

Citi Priority Bank is ruthless. I reported fraudulent charges on my credit cards a couple of months in a row after making them aware and providing a copy of a letter I received of a data breach of my personal records from a medical facility I used. Citi Priority decided to close my bank account, keep the cash $700.00ish that was in the account, take away my credit card and hold me responsible for the fraudulent charges. I begged and pleaded with them until, I am tired of repeating myself. I am now going to the local news and I will make sure they do not do this to another hard working sole. Hopefully, Citi Priority Bank representation speaks English, English. I understand about a third of the phone conversations. I hope this review saves someone else from getting hurt financially.

IT systems have bugs,claiming they dont receive the money and refuse to look at provided bank statements with proof that the payment was sent,they also dont log what money is sent back to the consumer which increases confusion, this is likely a tactic to get users to give up on trying to get their refund.luckily I use a 3rd party application that tracks all the information for my banking and credit card statements
